BIG RED FLAG ! WRONG VIN NUMBERS ! INCORRECT TITLES ! PHOTOS BORROWED FROM OTHER WEBSITES TO PROMOTE THEIR "SUPPOSED" VEHICLE , FINALLY REFUSED TO TAKE MY CALLS AS I WAS SEARCHING FOR ANSWERS , REFUSED TO ACCOMODATE MY INSPECTOR TO VIEW THE CAR ! I REALLY WANTED THE CAR BUT NOTHING SEEMED RIGHT ! STAY AWAY !

I found the Jeep of my dreams 2 hours away from home after looking for years and Trent went above and beyond to make it a reality! When they say no pressure they really mean it. It was entirely a stress free experience. Not only was Trent professional and experienced, he was fun and easy to talk to. He also volunteered to deliver right to my door which was totally unexpected and greatly appreciated! He then checked in later on to ensure I was still happy. Spoiler alert: I love my Jeep! I am beyond happy with my purchase and highly recommend Trent and this dealership for your next purchase!

Visited the dealership Saturday afternoon and told the person in the office that I would like to take a vehicle for a test drive. He got the key and my daughter and I took it for a drive but decided it wasn't the right vehicle for her. Told the guy that we were going to pass on the vehicle. While I appreciate there was no pressure to purchase the vehicle, I found it very unusual that the salesman/manager (not sure which) never introduced himself or bothered to ask what type of vehicle we were looking to purchase. I am in the market to purchase a vehicle and even an introduction or a little bit of conversation may have at least convinced me to follow up with the dealership in the future. My limited encounter with this dealership wasn't poor but was below average which is why I gave them two stars.

Found a car I was looking for and got for a fair price. Very upfront about entire process and I will be back next time I need a car.
