Tynan's Nissan Aurora

I was at a different dealership in the morning and had a bad experience. Then I went over to Tynan’s and had the BEST experience ever buying a car!!!

I’ve had the pleasure to work with Rich McAnally in service, he is absolutely fantastic!! He’s professional, prompt, honest, and trustworthy. If I ever have a car problem I know I can go to Rich and get an honest assessment which is a great feeling for a single woman. Bringing my car in for service is always a treat. He is the reason why I’ll always do business with Nissan, until I’m old enough to have the keys taken away by my family! The customer service is phenomenal!!

Tynan's has always done the services on my vehicle. They are the Best! After the service, they wash my Murano and bring the keys to the waiting room.

I have never had an overly long wait time for any service performed at this location. The two service reps that I deal with are personable and they always remember me.

Excellent service and trustworthy. I will continue to bring my vehicle to this dealership. The coffee in the waiting area is terrible though. But it is nice they give refreshments.

Overall experience was ok. Asked question of a service writer, and I felt I was treated rather rudely. My original service person was very good

Rich, Adnan and Luke are just amazing. They treated me like family and listen like a good friend. They helped me get a rental car even though it’s the end of their business day without complaint or attitude, and assured me that they would get my car looked at and a timely fashion. They did just that and kept me well-informed and updated on the progress of my car repairs. Even once the job was done and another problem popped up they came to my rescue. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to have their car serviced. they are a great group of guys!

This was a straight forward buying experience. Selection of the vehicle I wanted was limited (state wide). Tynans found a vehicle and offered a fair price without haggling. Thank Adam
