Every Experience Ive had at Infiniti of Denver has been great. From when I first bought my car from Shawn to the financing with Justin and the service from Chris. Most people have the impression that car dealerships are out to get you and do whatever it takes to make a sale or hike up the service bill. I never feel that way. Chris is probably one of the nicest and most helpful individuals I have ever dealt with in the auto industry. He is a straight shooter and understands that sometimes Im on a budget and helps me lay out a plan of attack on maintenance. I love my g35x and the people who sold and service it. Thank you Infiniti of Denver!

Due to recent bankruptcy I was having trouble at other dealerships getting financed and/or finding a car that I liked. Tony was very helpful, the first car I contacted him about he was unable to finance me on due to bank rules and the car being too old. I asked Tony to keep me in mind if he got something in that I would like and would fit my budget. Many times upon saying this you never hear back from the salesman. To my surprise, Tony contacted me the very next day and asked me to check out a Jeep Liberty they had gotten in. It was low mileage, in great condition and exactly what I was looking for! Tony got me approved all before I even came in and the car was ready to go when I arrived that evening! The paperwork was done very quickly and everyone at the dealership was so friendly! I love my Jeep Liberty and this was one of the best car buying experiences I have had! Tony even took the time to follow up and make sure everything was going great after I bought the vehicle! I would definitely recommend Tony this dealership to others, in fact I already have!!

Went for Test drive Only but bought it that night
I went against all my prior shopping hold outs- sleep on it over night. But that didn't happen. I did know the car I wanted and went to three dealerships to check stock and test drive. I ended up at Infinity of Denver, loved what I saw, and bought it that night! They were so nice and I got the best rate from them.

Less Stress in Life
I actually look forward to my service calls at this dealership. Relaxing for an hour in a quiet beautiful waiting room with coffee and pastry available gives me a time of relaxation. Work which has been done is explained to me, the car is washed and I'm on my way. I did buy the maintenance plan which at the time of purchase seem extravagant but makes the process of servicing my vehicle even less stressful.

Recent service/customer service experience
Recently bought a G37 convertible. Within a few days the brakes were squealing. I called, they immediately told me to bring it back in and subsequently replaced the front brakes/rotors with no argument or debate and no charge. They easily could have said that the sale was complete and now it was my responsibility but that was not the case. I was primed to argue that the brake problem existed prior to the purchase but there was no need. Thank you so much for the integrity of the whole process.

My car shopping and purchasing experience at Infiniti of Denver was most pleasant. It has been years since I have purchased a car and my sales consultant, Tony Pucci, made the entire process interesting and enjoyable. His calm, friendly and professional demeanor was delightful to work with. His knowledge of the Infiniti line of vehicles is encyclopedic and he was more than happy to answer all questions. Tony was recommended to me by a friend who purchased a car from Tony at the Infiniti of Denver dealership and I would also highly recommend him. When the time came to process the paper work, finance manager Raffi Esposito clearly explained all of the documents required in the transaction so I had a thorough understanding of the financial part of the purchase. I hope the owner of Infiniti of Denver realizes what a great team there is working at Infiniti of Denver and I fully endorse this outstanding company.
