Great service.
Thankfully I was warned ahead of time that it was time to replace a filter, so I was aware of the extra cost before my car was serviced. That was nice. The service was excellent, though they went ahead and rotated my tires after I had asked them not to (and it had been marked on the order form). (This is not a big deal, just a frustration, as I had just had new snow tires put on 48 hours before. There was no need to touch the tires, much less move them around.) I was also thrilled when they said they would not only wash the outside, but vacuum the inside of my car (I had requested a car wash). However, in the end they only did the exterior wash, which was a little disappointing after the expectation had been planted. I can't complain though. Everything was fine. It just seems that perhaps the mechanics/other workers aren't communicating with the front desk people and/or reading the paperwork. Nothing crucial though. All good. Waiting area was nice, and the estimated wait was accurate.

Super Friendly. Good Service for Recall
Had a recall fixed. Very helpful and they worked with me because I could not pick up our car right away. They even called a couple of times as a courtesy.

Friendly Staff
I purchased a certified pre-owned Mazda CX-9. My experience with my sales rep. at Sill-TerHar was very good. He had an aporopriate sense of humor and was efficient in gathering information for me about the car. He was generous in giving me ample time to test drive the vehicle and efficient in negotiating a fair price. I wish I could have had more time and instruction to learn about the electronics of the car. I am certain that should I choose to go back to Sill-TerHar, they would accommodate my questions.

Great work!
I dropped the car at the dealer. Then took the shuttle home. After the work is done, the shuttle came to my place to pick me up. That's really thoughtful. The workers at the dealer are also friendly and helpful. Thank you guys!

Great service
I have a Mazda 3 I purchased 2-1/2 years ago. Even though I live in Boulder, I always take the car back to Sill-TerHar for service because the service staff is so helpful and provides information about the car that I would not receive from a quick oil change establishment

Quick Lane works well as a team.
Sill-Terhar has serviced the last three Explorers I have purchased, basically since 1990. Their service has been thorough, prompt, and took care of needed maintainance updates at specific mileage levels. I never have felt they tried to sell me something I didn't need, and often did a little bit more at no additional cost. A special thank you goes to Mitch at the Quick Lane service center. I feel that he takes care of my car as if it were his car. Great Job!!
