I had a 7 yr old MB suv with low miles under 70,000, but

I had a 7 yr old MB suv with low miles under 70,000, but it kept having things stop working the a/c new tires every year, tons of additional issues. The newest issue was going to cost us another 10k. The was not worth enough to invest another 10k & SilTerHar. Specifically, Colt, Robert, Jeff & Robert all came to the rescue finding me the perfect family suv , incredible pricing, incredible service & 0% interest which is everything with the high interest rates these days. Thank you for 5 star service. You made a very stressful situation very easy.

Went into ford sales to trade in a 2015 for a 2024 and the salesmen was very smart in his area and showed how a 24 could have the same payment. Was very pleased with the effort that was put into my sale

My initial experience when leasing the car was fine.

My initial experience when leasing the car was fine. Kelly was helpful and easy to work with. Service was acceptable through the lease. Near the end of the lease they emailed me to buy the car. I tried many times to call after the email and nobody answered their phone. I finally used Kelly’s cell. They said they would take the car early and it would be a wash. Then they called a day later to tell me I would have to pay a $1600 fee. I decided to accept even though they said it would cost nothing. I made arrangements to deliver the car and made arrangements with another dealer to buy their car. When I went in we signed the paperwork. I gave them the check. Then we went to sign the odometer statement and we were told they now couldn’t do the deal and I would have to buy out my remaining payments. I believe when you make a commitment, even a verbal commitment, you honor it. We will see if they honor theirs. Their sales manager Cole was very aggressive during the conversation. He clearly isn’t one who cares about building a customer for life. I lease two luxury cars every few years and go where I feel appreciated. A deal that was supposed to be an even deal, at their request, may now cost me $2600. Not ok. Update - after my initial review the sales manager, Cole, decided he didn’t like my review. So he said we shouldn’t do business together. Fair enough. I feel the same way. So I picked up my vehicle and now have two vehicles for the next two months. If you decide to do business with this organization make sure everything is in writing and don’t count on their word.

I would recommend Sill-Terhar to everyone. They are not like most dealerships, TJ was professional, friendly, and accommodating to our needs. Go see TJ if you are looking for a car.

I took my Ford F150 into this dealerships service

I took my Ford F150 into this dealerships service department to get the well known "cam phasor" problem fixed (for the 2nd time, the first time was done under warranty). This time the fix was to be on my dime, to the tune of $4,000. I approved the amount and my only condition was the vehicle be done before I need to take it on my vacation in 3 weeks. They assured me that would happen. As you can guess, it did not happen. Very poor communication about the late delivery (had they told me earlier, I would not have spent $500 on a truck rental). These guys cost me money even by not doing the work. I won't ever use this dealership for service ever again.

You have to constantly stay on these people to even get a call back. I visited this store twice for service, and both times I tried to call prior to confirm a few details, nobody bothered to call me back. If you’re antisocial, you’ll love this store.
