We just purchased a new Escape from Sill-TerHar. Jeff Callies was great in helping us with our decision in our new car. After weeks of test driving and sending him emails daily we were able to close the deal. I love that Jeff is not pushy in anyway. I have never seen another sales person so knowledgeable about cars as Jeff. He made the whole car buying experience a lot easier for us. I would recommend Jeff and Sill-TerHar to anyone

I bought a new Ford C-Max today after test driving one...

I bought a new Ford C-Max today after test driving one with Jeff Callies this past weekend. Jeff gave me total confidence that he would work with me to give me a straight up honest deal and help get me in the car I wanted. He spent a thorough amount of time introducing me to all the fancy car features that were new to me and I believe him when he says he'll help me if I have questions in the future. Everyone in financing was great too. I highly recommend working with Sil-TerHar. Good people. Good service.

I have purchase many cars and dealing with Jeff Callies...

I have purchase many cars and dealing with Jeff Callies was the best experience I have ever had...no pressure and quality service! Not only did Jeff take care of any concern I had, he also pursued me to find out if his answers had been sufficient. We knew when the "build date" was for our car, when it passed through Wyoming and when it arrived and it was freshly washed and ready when I arrived. I LOVE IT!

I'm an aggressive shopper when it comes to vehicles....

I'm an aggressive shopper when it comes to vehicles. By the time I visit dealerships, I've spent time online researching features, reviews and price extensively for the vehicle I'm interested in. I visited various Ford dealers in my extended area to test drive, view inventory and start discussions about sales price. Sill-Terhar was the only dealer I visited where I didn't feel like I was simply being told what I wanted to hear. The facility itself is much nicer than others and staff was friendly, but not pushy. After my initial visit to Sill-Terhar Ford, I visited their website to get the email address of the individual I had talked to after misplacing his business card. The site profiles were a pleasant surprise, as they reflect the fresh, fun and family like attitude carried by the staff. Mark Auerback was the liaison for my experience, and did a fabulous job keeping a respectful balance between fair business and support to our needs. Without a doubt I will both visit Sill-Terhar for future automotive needs and recommend them to others.

We were never pressured into making a purchase - went to...

We were never pressured into making a purchase - went to a couple of other dealerships prior to/after Sil-TerHar for test drives (different makes/models), so left and came back to make the purchase. The selection was ample and we were extremely pleased with the trade-in on our vehicle as well as the discount they offered us: in both cases it was above and beyond what we wanted out of the deal. Since the purchase of the car, we do feel that the follow-up wasn't quite 100% - we've had to contact the dealership for a couple of things (instead of the follow-up that we were told would occur). However, this isn't a "breaking moment" in regard to how we feel about this experience. However, we feel that dealership policy (seems to be widespread) of only rating a sales experience as a "5 out of 5 or it's a fail" is ridiculous. Constructive feedback is crucial to improvement and I'd like to mention my experience to the dealership, but I won't. That's brutally unfair to the salesmen who helped us. I would recommend this dealership (previously visited Omeara Ford in Northglenn and didn't find it to be favorable) in a heart beat.

Had a great experience buying a new CX-5 from Tom this...

Had a great experience buying a new CX-5 from Tom this week. He's very knowledgable, personable, and efficient about his work - I felt valued as a potential customer, which is not always the case at dealerships. We went over tech specs in great detail and I was quickly assured that I could take as many test drives as needed without feeling pressured to buy, which was great for me because I wanted to really think things over and do my research after the initial meeting. I felt I could be very straightforward with Tom during the financing conversation and came away pleased with the deal (Mazda's low APR on CX-5s certainly didn't hurt either). All of the other STH Motors employees that I interacted with were similarly courteous and helpful. I'd recommend trying STH first if you're in the Mazda market.
