From appointment time to the time they finished fixing
From appointment time to the time they finished fixing the vehicle was within the time frame we where told. The work was excellent.

I had the works done.
I had the works done. Imagine my surprise, when 2 days later, after my vehicle sitting in the driveway, I see a shiny object behind the passenger back tire. It’s the lock lug nut from the front passenger tire. I called, the manager replied that she looked at the video and the tech tightened all 4 tires. So I guess it’s my word against theirs. I will not go back and when I’m ready for my next vehicle, I’ll go elsewhere.

Hit a very large deer with my new explorer.
Hit a very large deer with my new explorer. Only had 17k on it so far. The damage was seriously bad and I kind of expected they might have to just total my explorer but the adjuster estimated it at about 12k worth of damages and two weeks later it was completed. I did not have time to clean the vehicle as it had to be towed after the accident. Two air bags had gone off and the right front of the vehicle was pretty much destroyed. So they not only made it unnoticeable but also did a pretty good detail job on the front interior of the vehicle which I was not expecting them to do. If I have any issues I will update but as of now the car is just as it was before the deer committed suicide by car. I will be taking any future work to bob maxey. Very good job done by all involved. Lesson learned… slow down on dirt roads.
