Gustavo in sales and Preston in finance were excellent to

Gustavo in sales and Preston in finance were excellent to work with. I live about 4 hours away and the communication was top notch. Customer service was great and patient with my variety of questions. They made the purchase process convenient and were very helpful and honest (you don't get that at some other dealerships). If I could give Gus and Preston a 10 star rating, I would. As a small business owner, I'd happily try and poach these two guys as they have "it".

I just bought a Ford Transit from this dealership.

I just bought a Ford Transit from this dealership. It was an absolte comedy of errors! I turned on the windshield wipers and they actuallt came off. Upon closer inspection you could tell that they were not the wipers for the transit. I showed this to my sales person who let me know there is nothing he could do because it passed inspection already. (no joke) I had to let him know that I was going to walk based on windshield wipers alone! He finally went to service to let them know about the situation who the ended up sending the actuarate wipers to my house. after getting the Transit to my house upon further inspection I found that there was no cabin filter for the vehicle. I guess its the same service employee that overlooked the wipers and the cabin filter. I understand that mistakes can happen but for pets sake own up and take some responsibility. If you scratch your head at the state of our country stop in here for a visit and you will see why!

I buy a truck and i found out it has hail damage and they

I buy a truck and i found out it has hail damage and they dont want to be reposible for that they told me to use my insurance.. another minor damage reported on carfax but they didnt fix them.. they send the wrong information to the financial institution and still having problems to fix it .. will not recomend this dealer

Overall a great experience again!

Overall a great experience again! This is my 2nd truck from them (my first was totaled when a guy ran a red light & t-boned me). Jacob & them team made the process easy & took great care of me in helping me find the right truck. I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!
