Service was quick.
Service was quick. I was in and out within 45 minutes. Was able to wait for my truck instead of taking Taxi to and from the office.

The service department at this dealership is by far the worst I have ever been to. I have owned Dodge Ram trucks my entire life and purchase a new one every 3-5 years. I have never seen a group of people who could care less about being good at their jobs. The entire staff was non responsive to my requests for information about the status of my truck. After sitting at their dealership for a month I finally cashed everyotgrt dealership in town and was able to find one who got me in right away and ordered the part. The new dealership could not believe that arapahoe Dodge Ram had not ordered the parts since they had it for a month. I hope someone in managment reads this and takes it seriously. Service is the life blood of a dealership and you have lost me as a customer for life because of how I was treated. I will make it a point to share my experience with every other Dodge guy I know so they do not have to endure such deplorable service.

Mark Hart is a one of the most professional sales guys that we have ran into. We felt that it was not a numbers game of turn and burn for him, He really cared about what we where looking for and what we needed. Yes it took sometime because if the current inventory of cars. We even looked at other dealerships but, because of the nature of how he treated us we waited until he had what we where looking for. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MARK HART.
