Dealing with Mike was a great experience, He went beyond in making this deal work. My only dissatisfying is that there was no owners manual in the car, I do not know how to open the hood, or let the top down, might be a problem later.

Forced to schedule an appointment for a recall at the dealership which I avoid like the plague. Had a 7:00 AM appointment, was the second in line. At checking I was informed the tech's do not arrive until 8:00 or 8:30 AM. I figured I would just have them change the oil while I waited for the techs. After 4 hours they finally got around to updating the software to cover the recall with no communication in those 4 hours. Took about 15 minutes to actually apply the software patch. Reminds me of a Seinfeld, "you know how to take a reservation but you don't know how to keep one." Once again par for the course at the dealership.
