I took my vehicle in April for a leak in the rear window
I took my vehicle in April for a leak in the rear window of my Ram 1500. They said they would need to order the window and they would call when it came in. A month later I still had not heard back from them so I called and they said the warranty claim had been denied and that they were going to resubmit and call me back. Another month passed still nothing, so I called again and magically everything had been approved and they got it approved and they would call when the glass arrived to get me scheduled. Another month goes by and no call. So now in July I call back yet again and imagine that the glass is there and they can get me in two weeks which ends up in August. They get the window replaced but during the replacement they break trim pieces on both the driver and passenger side... they have to order those but don't know when they will be and they will call me. The day after the repair we get a massive rain storm and the headliner of my truck is soaked. I call the dealer and tell them it isn't fixed. Troy says he is going to call the glass company that did the install and ask his service manager to also replace the third brake light and that he would call me back. Again he does it call back. I call and leave a message for the service manager requesting a call back and still absolutely nothing. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone!! The worst customer service ever!

Pulled a used RAM 2500 with the need for a post purchase checkup. The service department was very prompt to the appointment time, and provided a walkdown of my vehicle and the findings. I was provided cost estimate as well. I will go to Autonation RAM as my first go to

They are the best, from the top down.
They are the best, from the top down. I have been buying cars here for years, they go the extra mile are they are a laid back and never put you in a pressure situation. Steve Mehrian is the Best!!! and sometimes I'm not an easy sell with my wife sometimes gets mad at me but we joke around a lot. Every here are so friendly and all love to joke with me, please go there for the best experience ever, and I don't lie.

The service representative did well, I feel pretty bad
The service representative did well, I feel pretty bad for him given how overpriced the service was. After do some research on the average cost for the 100,000 mile service, pretty sure they over charged me by 1 to 2k. Yup, my 100, 000 mile service set me back $3300, Can only hope they did a decent job, however AutoNation does not review a check list of things that were done, upcoming things that are on the radar like Larry Miller Dodge does. If owning a truck with reasonable maintenance costs is important, I would avoid the RAM brand in general, and this dealership specifically.

Overall, I think it was a pleasant experience. Probably because I did not haggle about the price. Everyone was very polite and accommodating. This was the second vehicle I have purchased at this dealership.
