I appreciated the fact that I was told the headlight

I appreciated the fact that I was told the headlight problem couldn't be fixed there so it wasn't recommended to spend the money on it. I would have liked a price on the recommended work to be done so I could pick and choose what to do first.

Three months out of warranty and they wouldn’t work with

Three months out of warranty and they wouldn’t work with me! $700 thermostat repair with only 17k miles on my Rav4. Disappointing to say the least!

Great experience with the team. Jim W was super helpful in our selection process. He had a solid understanding of every Toyota product and asked about our lifestyle, preferences, etc. to help narrow down our selection. We are very confident that we made a great decision after reviewing all the options (including other car manufacturers). Thanks! This is my second car I have bought from AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe! I will go back again when it's time :-) My only neutral/slightly negative comment is that the finance department took a long time to take us in to pay for the vehicle (1.5 hours). I do recognize it was Saturday and on month's end and that we are buying a durable good. So no worries!

I took my Tacoma to the service department for an issue I

I took my Tacoma to the service department for an issue I experience. They thoroughly explained all the testing that was performed and the results of those tests. I also didn’t have to pay an arm and leg in diagnostic fees.

We looked for Rav4 hybrid and were on wait lists

We looked for Rav4 hybrid and were on wait lists everywhere. David Hantman made the process so much easier. We got scheduled in for a timely appraisal. He kept in touch the whole time. When car arrived everything was prepared. 5 star service -Ben Gilbert

Service was outstanding.

Service was outstanding. I did not have to wait very long to get checked in. My Car was ready ahead of the promised time. The Service Adviser was very knowledgeable and courteous.
