Very pleasant experience, salesman was excellent in answering all questions. Price was quite satisfactory. Test drove several makes of cars, found my perfect fit.

Great experience working with Sergio P.

Everyone has their own experiences with car dealerships. Sometimes they're great and sometimes not so great. However, I had a wonderful experience with Sergio P. If you have an opportunity to work with him, he will do all that he can to help you out within reason of course. He was very honest from the beginning to the end. I did almost hit a road bump when finishing up in financing; however, it was cleared up and everyone was happy. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend anyone to Sergio P.

Amazing customer service

I had been car shopping at 2 different dealerships before going to autonation. I was disappointed, frustrated and ready to give up. Before I arrived I called and spoke with Jerry, he found me upon arrival and turned my day around. I came home with a car that I love. He made the process as painless as possible.

Emergency Repair - need a new alternator!

While driving my 2007 Toyota Rav4, the battery light came on and I planned to bring it in to the dealership the next morning. Just a mile from the dealership, all lights on the dash went berzerk and lost power steering when I realized it was more of a problem... the alternator needed to be replaced. Since the part wouldn't be available as initially stated, Mike offered a discount or car rental services until the part would arrive and my vehicle would be repaired in two days. Mike kept me appraised of my car's repair status all along and my car was ready to go, two days later, as promised.
