AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe

Great sales department and follow-up from Shane Solvie.

I brought my Prius into be serviced and experienced the continued great service I have always had with this facility/dealership. The underside of my car was damaged from flooding and parts were ripped off. Toyota Arapahoe scheduled my service the next day called me promptly when the repairs were completed. They were able to use the parts that were not damaged and did not charge me for this work. How often does this happen?

I would have rated the Buying Process 5 stars except for the lack of communication between AutoNation Corporate and the dealership. A pre-negotiated price was provided to me, but upon purchasing the vehicle, the dealership stated that they could not honor the pre-negotiated price provided by AutoNation Corporate.

Easy and painless way to buy a car. Every thing went very smoothly. Inventory was a little light as sales are significant..

We were helped by Dan Kaufman and he was great! We basically knew what we were there for and he didn't try to pressure us into something we didn't want. He was professional and made the whole process a breeze!

DON'T GET YOUR OIL CHANGED HERE! I have gotten into many discussions with the staff how ridiculous it is that it takes 2 HOURS, yes 2 HOURS, for a quick lube! Nothing quick about it. I was then told to make an appointment to guarantee under an hour. RIGHT! been here 1.5 hours with an appt. and my car is just now in the the bay - TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE.. I have 2 free oil changes left and will NOT be using them. My time is much more valuable than this, which them seem to not agree with.

I needed a recall service. I was told it would take a couple of hours and they were right on schedule. Worked out that I was able to ride back and forth with my neighbor who was having her car serviced at the same time and the same place.

I had a very helpful salesperson who help me select the vehicle that I wanted.
