AutoNation Toyota has a great selection of accessories for my Tacoma. Tony Ray and Dan Williams were very knowledgeable about what would work and provided great guidance on options. I'm super happy with the options I added to my Tacoma and it looks great!

For starters, l've been having my four Toyotas serviced here for the past two years. I tried giving them another chance at redeeming themselves in which cole one of the service advisors had done a good job however he was off today. And I was unfortunate enough to have to deal with Arvid or "mark" as what people call him. I was told that my car was gonna be done today and then upon arrival, was told the part didn't show up and it wasn't gonna be ready until Monday. This wouldn't normally be an issue, but the whole reason I was getting this work performed was so that way I had another car to drive while one of my other cars is in a shop getting repaired from an accident. Upon speaking to him and letting him know the circumstance, l told him it was unacceptable to be told that it would be done today and that we need to find an alternative. In which he comes back and tells me that they can have a part here in 45 minutes.... Weird right. Well, it gets worse when I upon later on that day in order to pick up the the original estimate. I was told that this increase was due to them having to order from a different manufacturer. Unfortunately I don't find this to be my issue in which I'm not the one that said it was gonna be done today they did. It gets worse when Colin Mackienicz is the person that was checking me out, greet me with nothing but a poor attitude and arrogant rapport. As I converse with him further, the arrogance and narcissism grows. As he continuously interrupts me when I'm trying to explain the situation and continue to insult me and my mother that has worked for Toyota for over 35 years. After this debacle, he states that he would no longer like me to bring my vehicle vehicles to AutoNation Toyota. Which, as I stated at the beginning of this review, I was already on the fence about bringing my cars here from the get-go, but only continue to do so because of the service advisor cole and his good customer service. Unfortunately one bad apple spoils a bunch and I had a bad or deal with two of them so... it is time to cut ways with this dealership in which I was advised by many people to steer clear from anyways. I guess I'll be bringing my car to the groove Toyota or mountain state Toyota from here on out! It's worth a little bit more of a commute to actually be treated with respect and honesty and good integrity unlike AutoNation Toyota. So buy or beware watch out for Colin Mackienicz.

The car was bought through the AAA Auto Club. The process was simple and efficient. It's our 3rd RAV IV>. This one is quieter and has more safety features..
