BRAKE JOB
Went in for a brake inspection thinking something may be wrong with ABS system. Was told that pads were metal on metal and I need new pads and rotors. Took it to a brake shop who said rotors were fine and did the brake job for less than half the price. This is not the 1st time an AutoNation dealership tried to overcharge me for repairs.

Wonderful experience, LOVE my new car!
Love, love, love my new car. My salesman, Grant, was very patient with me throughout the sales process. Answered every question I had in a very timely manner. And our finance guy Jeromy was great and answered all the questions we had about everything. Wonderful experience, and LOVE my car!

Grand Cherokee Service
After attempting service at two other dealerships and having no results, Troy at Auto Nation Englewood was able to get me in in timely service with a rental as promised and back into my own vehicle in the time promised for the price promised. Bumper replaced
This dealership does not have a body shop, and the one at another of their dealerships was backlogged. They sent my car to an outside shop without my knowledge or approval (trying to help me). If I had known, I would have taken it elsewhere to have it repaired.
