Full Service, but not

Full service but didn?t fix the settings on my car to shut off ?needs maintenance? and didn?t top off fluids so I left with having to go to the store and buy windshield washer fluid. Oh well. I guess I prepaid for these oil changes so they don?t care as much?

purchased my jeep wrangler from this dealership a year

purchased my jeep wrangler from this dealership a year ago and i’ve had my car worked on/serviced at the other locations they have but i prefer to keep coming back to this one only. the staff here make you feel very comfortable, they’re very friendly, helpful, and are on top of it in all aspects of what a dealership should be. from the purchasing process, to the service and getting major work done, it’s 10’s all across the board for me! thanks guys!

Great service!

Easy to make appointment. Friendly service reps. Car was serviced in the amount of time stated. Even received video of the service tech's review of car. Check out/payment was as stated and friendly staff. I have always and will continue to have my Jeep serviced at this location.

This place was FANTASTIC!

This place was FANTASTIC! I personally dealt with Jack Barr, the Assistant Service Manager and he was PHENOMENAL! He would call and give me updates on my repair and personally speak with the repair technician to find out the status of my vehicle. They did everything they could to do my repair as quickly as possible. Everytime I go there, I'm always greeted with smiles and warm hospitality from the entire staff. It's also very clean and has a comfortable waiting area, with coffee, snacks, etc...I would definitely recommend this place.

My used Jeep has had a lot of major issues since purchasing it. Thankfully I bought an extended warranty. Chris and Brie have retaken very good care of us at Auto Nation Jeep.
