I worked with Cole 7 years ago when I bought my first MDX from Courtesy and it was fun to work with him again, but on the finance side this time. Jimmy responded quickly to an inquiry I made online and was very friendly and knowledgeable when I came in for a test drive. Vanessa Harris was my service advisor for the last 7 years and I'm looking forward to working with her again for the next 7!
