Courtesy Acura is a trustworthy and dependable dealership. It is where my 2016 RDX was bought 9 years ago and has always been serviced. I love my service rep Vanessa Harris. She is always very friendly and helpful. All that I have had done there is top notch. One day I had an emergency repair and they fit me in the same day. I love that they always wash my car and leave a York peppermint patty and a bottle of cold water in the front console.

Knowledgeable and friendly service staff. Prompt (text) replies to questions before and during servicing. Timely service provided.

Vanessa was great as always. Only found one bolt for a ground wire that had not been tightened and was about to fall out . a 10 mm socket fixed that. not a problem. Again Vanessa is terrific to work with!

I am always delighted when I deal with Acura. From the people who answer the phones, the final touch of adding bottled water and mints waiting in my finished car, the service man who ran to get my glasses I left in the vehicle, and of course, the fine driving experience, Acura delivers quality!

I took my MDX in for a recall and an oil change. During the inspection they found some issues with the brake pads. They contacted me promptly by text. I was able to sign off on each item easily. They provided detailed information with pictures on each service. They finished the whole job in one day and the price was in line with what I expected. The team there were excellent to work with.
