My wife and I had a very pleasant experience buying our car yesterday. Our salesman, Mr. Torrian Pearsall made our time at the dealership very easy. He was very patient, kind and respectful. He understood our needs and helped us find the perfect vehicle for us. He even brought us food while waiting on paperwork. Very sincere and honest when answering the questions we had about our new vehicle. I recommend University CDJR. Please ask for Torrian Pearsall!

Hugh waste of time worst dealer ever
chris turbo (last name something like that) promised moon delivered nothing!!! waited on salesman around 5hrs what for i don't know was told in meeting? They were trying to find me a new 2015 could not find one period so tried to buy new 2016 but no deal. 2.5hrs later into the deal the second salesman gave me price FULL retail on a new car and said this is a good deal. "you got to be kidding! NO WAY" second price was not bad but had to approve with manager and he was out of town. Three days later got call saying he can't do deal to low. Funny how they could not find 20415 but next dealer found 3 units just like what i wanted. so bought one at another place. no way will i recommend University Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of florence period.

Greg Turpen and Staff were Great
I bought a Jeep Patriot for my grand daughter 2 years ago. She wreck the Jeep a month ago. It was $11,000 worth of damage. The Insurance company would not total. So, I ask Greg if he could trade me out without hurting my pocketbook. I bought her a 2015 Dodge Dart. Thank you Greg for all you did. You are my car salesman...

Awful Customer Service Call a Liar
Went there looking for a Journey with Bluetooth. Carlton met me as we started out to the lot I told him what I was looking for. OH JOURNEYS DO NOT COME WITH BLUE TOOTH!!! Hello!!!! What planet are you from? I called Champion In Decatur and got what I needed. Also told there were no rebates. Ha this place is a JOKE. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Very poor repair service
My wife called and made an appointment to have a faulty ABS light checked/repaired on 7/20/15. An appointment was scheduled for 7/23/15 at 10:00am. Upon arrival she was told that they had no record of her scheduled appointment but that they would work her in. And just as a note, another gentleman was also waiting and told her that they had told him the same thing after making an appointment, no record of his appointment. After inspecting the problem, she was told that she needed a new left rear speed sensor and they would have to order one. They ask for her phone number and instructed her that they would call when the part came in. After two over weeks of waiting, I called and inquired about the needed part. The gentleman that I spoke with said that he did not have any information but he would check and return my call and requested my phone number, which I gave. After four more days with no word I called and requested to speak with the dealership general manager. I was directed to a gentleman named Richard. I told him that I needed some help getting my car repaired and informed him of the situation and everything that had taken place. He as with the other gentleman, took my number and said he would walk back to the service department and find out what was going on and call me right back. Well, it has been six hours as of yet and no word, ("MUST BE A LONG TRIP TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT" ). We have made two purchases with this dealership, and our last I might add. I cannot in good conscience recommend that anyone make a purchase from this dealer. As the old saying goes, after the sale, your on your on buddy.

Greg Turpen was Great!!!!
Drove to Florence, AL to look at the Ram C/V. We was met by a wonderful salesman by the name of Greg Turpen. He was very knowledge in the product, where our local dealer in Mississippi was lost. He showed us the Van. He was very easy to deal. I recommend Greg Turpen at University Chrysler Dodge on your next vehicle.
