Can't say Thank You enough!!!!!!!!!!!!

They went above and beyond in getting my vehicle in and out. My last minute issue almost ruined a 3 day outing but they got my truck in, trouble shot it and had me back home ready to head for the mountains!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can't say thank you enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

CD Player - Started stuttering,

Dealership and personnel were very courteous and attentive. Sales process was easy and we arrived at a sale that met my goals. Unfortunately I experienced an issue with the CD Player and have to take the vehicle in for service in the first week.

Air bag recall

Recall for Air Bags. Checking in was bad. Standing around waiting, but there were many service advisors who seemed to be doing nothing.

2016 Fusion 15k mile service

Bought my Fusion brand new in Jan of 2016 from this dealer, And Had my 2016 Fusion in for its 15k mile service. Brought my car in in new condition no marks,no scratches of any kind and no dents .. no damage what so ever on my car... I get it back and have a 5 inch scratch down to metal on driver side rear door and a dime size dent missing paint on the same door just a few inches back from the scratch. I show the Manager and my service advisor Nick Price and they agree to fix it. I take it in to get it fixed and expected to actually have it fixed CORRECTLY and instead a week and a 1/2 later I go get my car and see that they pulled the dent and just ran a PAINT BRUSH over the scratch and the chip!!!!! It looks horrible!!!!! And Nick had the nerve to say they did a good job on the repair!!! I told him it was not acceptable! And I wanted it fixed the right way!!! He promised to call me the next day and I still have yet to hear from him!!! I’m so disgusted with this and embarrassed to drive the car with it looking like this... I can’t imag a body shop actually doing this.. I have bought several cars from them over the years and been a loyal customer... NOT ANYMORE!!!! I want this fixed!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemy... customer service is horrible ( won’t answer phone, won’t keep you updated, and no concern about your vehicle) Lack of being careful with your car!! Poor repair and no Q/C I gave them my car clean and I got it back filthy I am very disgusted and upset with them and they could care less about what they did!!
