I bought my Audi from Prestige and take it there every
I bought my Audi from Prestige and take it there every year for service since I bought it 12 years ago. I've noticed that every year they charge me min $4,000 maintenance these past several years and I drive maybe 12000 miles per year or less. Really? It appears to me they are price gouging. I will look elsewhere for service after paying such high service prices for such little mileage use. I had a strong faith in their work but realize now I'm being taken.

Horrible Service
Worst service ever experienced! I chose this dealership based on good reviews. Scheduled my appointment about one month in advance for Monday at 7am. Got an appointment confirmation and two appointment reminders! Drove from out of town and dropped off the vehicle the evening before. Spent the night in Denver and missed work so I can get my car maintenance done. Called on Monday morning to get an update and to let the associate, Kristin, know about needing to drive back home. My drive is about 2.5 hours in the summer but the weather was showing snow on I70 past the tunnel so the drive already started to look unpredictable. l was told that I will get a call back early afternoon. Around 2pm I got a text: "we are very backed up in our shop, small jobs turned into large jobs. We probably won't get to your vehicle until tomorrow. I will be in touch once I have an update. Kristin Kreisler Prestige Audi Service Advisor". By the time I received the message I was already 5 minutes away. After having my friends drive me from the dealership on Sunday and back to the dealership on Monday (35 min each way), I couldn't disrupt their day anymore. I decided to get dropped off at the dealership and give it another chance. I still hoped that the dealership will attempt to fix my car but Kristin made it clear that it wouldn't happen until next day. I wasn't offered an Uber ride or a anything to make it right if I was to stay for another day. I asked for my car key and they brought it without any hesitation. When I asked to talk to a manager, Kristin walked into his office and I could tell that he wasn't interested while sitting in his floor to ceiling glass cubicle. I was told he was in a meeting/call. I waited for a bit, went to load my luggage in the car, came back, manager still busy. Asked another employee to check if the manager was available. He could see me waiting but did not bother to let me know through his employee when he would be available. Guess if I left home at 3pm on Sunday and was still at the dealership on Monday at 2pm with a car that no one even looked at - a few minutes of his time and an attempt to make it right - was too much to ask for. Now I have to wait another 1.5 months to get my car repaired at another Audi dealership. Can't describe the sense of disappointment I felt that day. Vio, we regret your disappointing experience. It seems like there was a significant misunderstanding regarding the extent of the repairs necessary for your vehicle. Either we did not understand the nature of the repairs, at the time of setting the appointment, or we did not make it clear that we would need the car for multiple days. Either way, we are sorry for the miscommunication. According to our records, your Q7 had a diesel emissions recall due as well as a rear main seal leak. The recall alone takes several hours to complete, and the rear main seal leak requires the removal of the engine. The complete repair will likely take at least four days. All of this work should be covered under warranty and include a loaner vehicle, but it will absolutely necessitate the vehicle being in the shop for multiple days. We are sorry our Service Manager wasn't available to clarify this information while you were here. He was involved in a lengthy Zoom meeting and could not leave. After your appointment, we offered to have your Q7 repaired with a loaner car and valet service, but you declined that offer. Beyond this, we are not sure what more we could have done. Bad experience with prestige management and custom
Prestige Audi has been servicing my Audi for many years and have always been great but my most recent service visit at prestige they completely dropped the ball after having had an appointment for my Audi after 3 days I never got a courtesy call from prestige. I called customer service to find out was wrong with my Audi I never got a call so I went to prestige to see what was wrong and ask why I never got a call from them. I ended up talking to Ben the manager of prestige Audi he said would try to find my car I did not want to here that but I went home. I was later directed to Lucas one of customer service representatives I had already been waiting 3 weeks on prestige with no call even though I had called prestige still no update. Finally after 1 month my Audi was fixed. In September I got an had gotten an email from prestige offering me a 20 percent discount on my next service so when I went to pick up my Audi I showed the email to Lucas and he said I don’t if we can do that I said why not prestige Audi sent me the email anyway he took my phone to show the manager Ben the email. I stood out front by customer service while Lucas and and the manager Ben discussed whether or not prestige would honor there discount email they sent me. After about 15 minutes I went into Bens office to find Lucas and the manager Ben discussing whether or not to honor there 20 percent they sent to me a customer of many years I just said give me my phone I will pay my bill if you won’t honor a discount you sent to me my bill was $4500. Very disappointed with Lucas and Ben the manager

Best service department in 50 years of driving
I've driven many makes of quality cars throughout my life and have had many experiences with a multitude of dealers and service centers. Prior to Prestige Audi my best experience was with a Volvo dealer/service center, but the folks at Prestige have exceeded even them. I purchased my Q7 five years ago from Prestige and have had it serviced there ever since - and I have been 100% pleased with those decisions. It's been an extremely reliable car and I've consistently received the best service I could ever hope for, let alone expect. Everyone on the Prestige staff has been very helpful and courteous, but a special shout out goes to Lucas who has been my Service Advisor for most of the past 5 years. I truly couldn't ask for more from any business or individual. 5 Stars and 2 Thumbs Up!

We moved to Colorado from the east coast. Needing a vehicle for the CO weather, the Q5 was the perfect vehicle to meet our needs. Lindsey was so great to work with. During this challenging time in purchasing a vehicle, she was knowledgeable and patient with us. We worked with Lindsey to identify which Q5 was most suited to our taste. She researched and worked with another dealership that had the exact Q5 we wanted. We are beyond excited with our new vehicle. During our vehicle search, we visited several other Audi dealerships, but Prestige Audi was by far the most accommodating. Bad attitude and rude
Tried to order parts call . I was told I would get an email with parts diagram, never showed up. Parts department guy was rude, I was repeatedly put on indefinite hold when I attempted to call.

Horrible Experience
ZERO stars. Went in for an oil change on my Audi Q5. They told me I needed a new water pump. Great- go ahead and replace it for $1.3k. The next day my coolant gets SUPER low and and I get a dashboard warning. They didn't run the car after changing the water pump to burp the coolant. I had to walk a mile in a SNOWSTORM to buy coolant and fill it up. Hopefully thats all that's wrong. I will never go here again, I won't trust them to even look at my car.

My out of state buying experience....

Do not buy a car from these people if you live far away.

They broke my car and skimped on fixing.
Well, I took my car in for an oil change almost 3 weeks ago and still don't have it back. I was told the drivers door broke in the car wash and they'd have to replace it. I asked that they detail it while getting it fixed for the hassle. When I went to pick it up, the door was not properly attached. It was uneven to the rest of the car and they obviously hadn't repaired it correctly. They said it 'settled wrong overnight' but that obviously translates to 'we did a poor job.' I also mentioned that the outside was dirty and the inside hadn't been cleaned. I was told they "thought I just meant the outside when I asked for cleaning". But when I pointed out how dirty the outside was, I was told it had sat out overnight in the rain. Why not just clean it correctly? How can the dealership break a car and then skimp on fixing it? I'm guessing it's because I'm a woman and it's not a $100k car, they just don't care. I would advise going somewhere else. Very disappointed and frustrated by this 'service'. I certainly won't purchase another car here and would recommend every woman avoid this dealer.
