I flew in to pickup a 2013 Audi S6. I was told I would be picked up at the airport, but because I came on new years day I had to Uber it. They said I would be reimbursed. When I picked up the car there was no documentation because it was new years day and was told it would be mailed to me. It wasn't and I had to call to get it. The next morning the car had a low coolant light. I had to buy coolant and add it before driving home. When I got home I noticed that the snow tires that came on the car were 8 YEARS OLD! They are completely unsafe. They promised me service records that I had to hound them to get and didn't even get them all. I went to the license branch 4 TIMES because the paperwork they sent was incorrect. I never got reimbursed for my Uber ride or coolant and now HAVE TO BUY A SET OF TIRES FOR THE CAR! Do not buy a car from these people if you live far away.

They broke my car and skimped on fixing.
Well, I took my car in for an oil change almost 3 weeks ago and still don't have it back. I was told the drivers door broke in the car wash and they'd have to replace it. I asked that they detail it while getting it fixed for the hassle. When I went to pick it up, the door was not properly attached. It was uneven to the rest of the car and they obviously hadn't repaired it correctly. They said it 'settled wrong overnight' but that obviously translates to 'we did a poor job.' I also mentioned that the outside was dirty and the inside hadn't been cleaned. I was told they "thought I just meant the outside when I asked for cleaning". But when I pointed out how dirty the outside was, I was told it had sat out overnight in the rain. Why not just clean it correctly? How can the dealership break a car and then skimp on fixing it? I'm guessing it's because I'm a woman and it's not a $100k car, they just don't care. I would advise going somewhere else. Very disappointed and frustrated by this 'service'. I certainly won't purchase another car here and would recommend every woman avoid this dealer.

in late October purchased 2016 Porsche turbo S the car was delivered to me in Florida with damages not just the blemishes which I agreed when was described to me over the phone by my salesman I was misrepresented about the damages on the car and I believe it was done purposely because they’re expensive repair a few thousand dollars therefore I asked Mr. Scott West to do something about it I sent him estimates and pictures about about those damages it’s been three weeks I’m still waiting

You rejected our offer to arrange for a 3rd party to inspect the vehicle. We accurately and genuinely represented the condition of this car before finalizing the deal. Additionally, we offered to assist you with correcting any blemishes that you felt were misrepresented, and you refused to take us up on that offer as well. We are sorry that your experience wasn't a positive one. We will continue to offer all of the above options for any of our out-of-state buyers on any of our cars. We stand by our reputation, our products, and our services.
Highly recommended dealership
I reside in Arizona and bought a used 2016 M4 out of state from this dealership in Colorado and Chad Folkerts-whom I strongly recommend-,my sales rep, did an incredible job coordinating the entire process. I flew out for a test drive and walk around of the vehicle prior to signing and Chad was personable, professional, and had great communication both on the phone and in-person. I even made him jump hoops by having it pre inspected at the local BMW dealership. Also helped arrange getting the car shipped down here. I also had a great experience with Roman, their finance manager. He made signing quick and painless. I applaud the level of customer service at this dealership!

It was nice to work with a dealer that treats you like you are not stupid and treats you with respect. Matt Lynch was great to work with. Great place to buy a vehicle. I will recommend Prestige to anyone buying a car

Ghibli upgrade to Panamera
Wasnt easy giving up my Maserati but my new Panamera just blows it away. A great dealership with a great selection and customer service.

Five star rating. The dealership treated me with nothing less then extrem courtesy and Professionalism. They fully explained all the functions of the car and all the available Help that is offered. My over all experience from sales representative to the finance Department was extremely satisfying.
