Best car buying experience

I worked with Josiah on the salesman side and David from finance and they were both awesome! Very friendly and accommodating in a situation that can definitely be stressful, but in this case I felt perfectly comfortable asking them to explain something differently so I understood or getting their opinion. They seemed to genuinely care and that?s refreshing because my first car buying experience did not have the same positive qualities. Happy to come back for any work it needs and passing on my recommendation to people I know that need a car.

The salesman, Jose, who helped me out was awesome.

The salesman, Jose, who helped me out was awesome. The sales manager however was a bit too pushy with his "sales" tactics and it became annoying as the "negotiation" went on. The process of signing the paperwork and receiving the truck took a bit too long. When purchasing my previous vehicles, the biggest roadblock in the transaction was ME and not the business, but that wasn't the case this time. Im not sure if this is because of system latency or human error. Either way, it could've been more streamlined. All and all, the team at AutoNation Chevrolet North did a fine job in getting me in and out. Maybe they'll review this feedback for future customers and improve their processes and sales practices.

Hospitality and Service

Got a same day appointment for an oil change. I was the first in line greeted by a technician. They had the car finished and ready to go before I finished scanning the lot. They got me out of there quick. I appreciate their hospitality.

Carlos was my sell guy and Gannon was my finance guy.

Carlos was my sell guy and Gannon was my finance guy. I had an amazing experience. I got into a 2019 Nissan Sentra. It has a 5 star safety rating for my kids and I. We love the color and the features it offers also how amazing on gas the car is. We are so happy to have such an incredible vehicle. I was worried I would not get approved despite having only 1000 down and a repo on my record but thanks to Gannon and Carlos we have had such an amazing vehicle we can hopefully pass down one day 😁
