Elija was a great tech! efficient, and very personable with me, a complete stranger. quickly resolved every concern I had, took care of all the recall items, and even gave me a couple car wash tickets! quick turnaround time too! even arranged for an UBER service from my home to their shop and covered the bill for it! fabulous!

Elijah Madril was very helpful and friendly. However, I am very irritated with the telephone system at Honda. I called multiple numbers and never talked to a real person. When I called one of the numbers, I was told that if it was an emergency to call Sean or Moses, which I did. I am still waiting for a callback from either or both of them. What is Honda‘s definition of emergency?

My Service Advisor CAMERON A. was AAAA++++. He was beyond OUTSTANDING!!!!! Very helpful and knowledgeable and just a nice guy!!! I hope to have him again next time I come in for service. The service team at AutoNation Honda continually goes above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service and quality work when I need my car serviced or repaired. Most recently a repair at the most inopportune time while I an faced with extreme challenges. These folks went way above and beyond caring and catering to my needs and my car repair wasn't a factor. The staff are very tentative and very friendly. I brought my car in to get serviced due to recall notice and Sean was the one that I worked with. Sean was very communicative and and excellent!

If I could give a zero I would. These guys are a total fraud. They texted an offer of $18000 for my listing on Craigslist. I sat there for an hour while they checked out my vehicle. Then they came back and asked me what they had offered me. They said “we overshot the runway” on that offer and pulled out a worksheet with a bunch of numbers. I walked out and thanked them for wasting my time. Stay away from these guys. They take jacking you around to a new level.

Fast and efficient to the car i wanted to buy. The dealer was very warm and comfortable and knew every question i had.
