I have enjoyed all of my services, the best one can, at this dealership. Kristil Gardino was my advisor this time and her tenure shines. The reason this is not 5 star is for the CEO CTO,whoever is in charge of tech and client relations. When I was there, they were in the first few hours of a large DDoS attack. I understand the challenge in managing budget for this. Like health insurance feels huge until you are on life support. My disappointment is that I would expect a message of what they are doing. Maybe a year of complimentary ID monitoring. Even if they don't know yet. A message acknowdging that we have probably seen the news and what they are doing or working towards doing to amend this situation.

If I could give zero stars, I would.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is the most disorganized and chaotic dealer I have ever visited. They did not properly convey to us that the new CRV did not have a compatible trailer hitch. At first, they said they did and we dropped the car off at 7:30 am. We returned in the afternoon to pick the car up and they put the wrong hitch on. We were unable to get ahold of anyone in person for 30 minutes. Nobody was answering their phones. We are bikers and are now unable to bike this summer. We like Honda as a company. Really poor management at this dealer.

Had a negative experience initially but then worked with Jonathan and Brad and they completely changed my opinion. They were very friendly and knowledgeable and got me into a nice pickup which I love. Thank you Jonathan and Brad!

Great selection of cars, very reasonable prices.

Great selection of cars, very reasonable prices. And best of all, Ashley our car dealer did a great job at helping us get the best rate and get that car as soon as possible. This is our 3rd car we’ve bought here and we will definitely be back for more.

Two main issues from this dealership: The first one

Two main issues from this dealership: The first one was when I was trying to purchase a new car. They did not have my requested color and were trying to work a dealership trade or something but they ended up keeping me waiting for four hours and were not transparent about not being able to get the car in the right color. Service shop was slow and uninterested in customer service last time I came in for an oil change. I had a free oil change which the service rep could not find on the computer and then became irritated about having to go find the documentation.
