Airbag replacement

Heather did a great job of service. The technicians were professional. My car was serviced and repaired properly and was given a ride home and picked up.

Yearly vehicle maintenance

Every year I get my Escape in for its necessary maintenance. I have always been treated fairly and with respect. Their convenient shuttle service to and from the service center makes the entire experience go even better. No one likes hanging around a shop waiting on their car. As long as I'm driving my Escape, I will bring it here for repairs or maintence.

Prompt and thorough repair

I've had my 2009 F150 serviced at O'Meara since it was new, I would say that 90% of the time I was very satisfied with there staff and service.

EXCELLENT Customer Care!

I had to bring my 2010 F150 Platinum in for rear brake service. Vincent Robles was incredibly personable, and his communication regarding the process was above and beyond. He came out to the waiting area with the part, and explained what was being replaced in very explicit detail so that I could understand. He even saw the parts being replaced, noticed a scratch on the drum, and had another in it's place from the warehouse. He and Omeara are my "truck" friends as long as I own my truck. Thank you, CT

Great experience

Great experience

Can’t say enough about my trip here. Came in not knowing what I wanted to do exactly and Pat made took the time to go over all my options with me. Never once felt any pressure. Would highly recommend this dealership and will definitely be back soon!

Great experience felt like family

I went into Omeara Ford to get an oil change and was greeted by Lauryn in the quick lane and it was a very pleasant experience! While waiting on my oil change I spoke with Daniel C in the sales department about looking at a new Fusion, needless to say I got a new fusion and received great service from both Lauryn and Daniel!!! Thank you for all of your help I I'll return to omeara as a happy customer once again!!

No hassle

Dealership is great and had me on my way quickly. I added a remote start to my truck and O’Meara added it very quickly.
