Unique and very appealing facility.

Unique and very appealing facility. Wonderful service. Every member of the staff was friendly, outgoing, and helpful. Roger, the manager, was welcoming and cheerful. Best of all, our sales representative, Tanya, went out of her way to find an F-150 that exactly met my expectations, then she went ‘above and beyond’ by attending to every detail and making sure we were comfortable and informed as we completed the purchase of our new F-150 FX-4 truck. And Justin in finance was efficient, prepared, pleasant and easy to work with. While we completed the sales transaction, our new truck was expertly detailed and waiting for us. All in all, this was one of the nicest and most pleasant purchase of a experiences my wife and I have had. Being lifelong Ford customers, having travelled from Highland Ranch to Northglenn for the purchase, we were welcomed and made to feel ‘at home’. Well done, everyone!

Its sad when the customer has to be given the part for free and replace the recall part in the dealership parking lot in front of all the techs

Tony Piazza is the worst person to deal with.

Tony Piazza is the worst person to deal with. His people left the cap off the radiator and needles to say the radiator exploded. I called the service dept and no one would answer. They let the call go over to the answering service before they closed. I had to call and was left on hold three times . I finally got ahold of the "manager " tony. He did not offer anything to me. He wanted me to drive the vechole with no antifreeze in the radiator to bring this to the dealership. I refused and told him he would have to send a tow truck. He told me he would send someone to get the vehicle add antifreeze and drive the vehicle. The person arrived and did not fill the radiator. He just handed me the antifreeze and took the vehicle back. I never received any notification of what they did to fix this. They were supposed to flush the radiator and the windshield reservoir and replace the windshield cap they lost . The next day Tony brought my vechile back to me and never did anything he promised. The windshield cap is still kissing and was never flushed because there is still antifreeze in the reservoir . He never refunded me my money for the oil change . Now I am taking my vehicle to another service place to make sure that the gaskets are not ruined on top of the radiator flush and the windshield flush . I have posted and reviewed Omeara and come to find out this is standard procedure for Omeara to treat women.
