Buyers turn around and run

Trash cars, trash people and they are all liars selling lemons. Purchased a car I have to work on. This is a warning to all. Take your business somewhere else.

They sell lemons!!!!

Buyer beware sold us a lemon for 15k after 2 weeks the vehicle needs 8k in repairs to drive again. Should have known better after watching worker clearing code on the lot. Always get a warranty!!!

Worst dealership!

Bought a truck that was leaking coolant. After finding out it was leaking they would not fix the problem. I then had to go a week without a vehicle and pay to fix it out of pocket. They were the worst dealership to deal with and would never buy from them again.

Apparently they don't need the business.

I went to the dealership looking at 2 Subaru Imprezas that they had on the lot. They showed me the cars but never offered a test drive or anything. It felt like they were annoyed that I was there even though I told him I was planning on buying within the week. I decided to send my husband back to see if he would have any luck. He had to wait 20 minutes for any type of help and another 20 minutes for them to find someone who could show him the cars. He said they seemed annoyed that he was asking questions and when he asked to test drive they seemed annoyed that they would have to go find the keys. While waiting for them to find the keys he decided they must not want the business and left. We ended up buying a much newer Subaru under warranty at another dealership. After reading the yelp reviews for Vaughn Motor Sports, I think we dodged a bullet.

Just bought my dream car

Ok... I have to say that I am so happy that I ignored the reviews. I understand the hesitation going to a car dealership and especially a used car dealership. But honestly, I had the most amazing experience. I can't talk for the other customers and it sucks that they dealt with the old owner. But I live in Los Angeles and I was hesitant to buy my car all the way up in Reno, NV. What I did is that I found an amazing mechanic, I LUCKED OUT!!! He went to check out my car, test drove it for me etc... told me that my car was in amazing shape. I filled out the online application and I had a car to trade. I arrived and the car was ready and waiting for me. The staff was more then ready and willing, not pushy at all. It's a used car so I expect fixes and such to be done here and there, but over all, my experience was a 10. I have my dream car and I couldn't be happier. Drove the 519 miles back home with no problems. I'm a happy girl ~Sonalii C.
