We traded a vehicle from this dealership on January 1st,
We traded a vehicle from this dealership on January 1st, 2026 and the very next day the car would not start due to a dead battery. This issue occurred immediately after purchase, which already raised concerns about the inspection process. When we contacted the dealership, we were instructed to purchase a new battery out of pocket and were explicitly told we would be reimbursed. We followed their instructions in good faith and purchased the battery on Friday, only to be told reimbursement would be issued on Monday. Monday came — and suddenly the story changed. Now we’re being told the check will not be provided as promised, with no clear explanation or urgency to fix a problem that should never have been ours to begin with.This dealership has caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and wasted time over a problem they were responsible for. The lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through is unacceptable.
