As always, excellent, 5 star service with Marek Kozlowski and his team. Our Jeep needed a few maintenance repairs and Marek and his service team quickly addressed the issues and fixed our vehicle within the same day. We always get the best customer service and can't recommend Marek and his team and this Jeep location enough!

As always, excellent, 5 star service with Marek Kozlowski and his team. When I went to see the vehicle I had called about, it was
When I went to see the vehicle I had called about, it was in deplorable condition, and the undercarriage was completely rusted. When a car was finally decided on, it took over 2.5 hours to get in with the credit manager. The entire process took over 4 hours. The vehicle purchased needed air conditioner refresh, and the dealer took 3 days to finally fix something that took an hour to do.

It was Good and some bad .
It was Good and some bad . The busted windshield was one thing but I went to pick up my Jeep and Eddie tells me there is only one key -bad deal . They could have gotten that fixed while it was still there . I'm getting two different stories on the key !! Not buying that ! The previous owners might or might not have the key what ever . A red flag to me . My time is worth money . This should have been taken care of and I shouldn't have to pay for it at all . My time and getting back and forth - Lyft rides is worth MONEY TO ME !!

The team was great to work with — we had already agreed on terms and conditions before I arrived, which made the process smooth from the start. The test drive was quick and straightforward, and they reviewed my trade-in (not thrilled with the value offered, but hey, that’s the dealership game). I was hoping to wrap everything up in under 30 minutes, but the paperwork took closer to an hour — still pretty efficient, all things considered! What really stood out was the incredibly kind staff. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and even went the extra mile to get me a Jeep keychain — such a small gesture, but it really made a big impact. It's those thoughtful touches that elevate the customer experience!

Marek, as always, was awesome in getting my leaking
Marek, as always, was awesome in getting my leaking radiator and failing water pump replaced quickly and correctly, all in one day. The post-service video showing all that had been done, and the old parts that had problems, was very well done and helpful- There's a reason I bought my Grand Cherokee here, and take it nowhere else when it needs service!

The first Jeep I bought has a repair part on extended
The first Jeep I bought has a repair part on extended back order. Fortunately the dealership has a high vehicle turnover and after waiting 2 weeks I told them I was done waiting for the back ordered part and to sell me a different jeep they had just gotten in. Their response was “sure, when is a good time to look at it”. The back ordered part from the first one isn’t their fault but they could have done a little research to see people all over the country are waiting for this very same part. A quick web search told me all about the back order. As for the 2nd jeep, it was prepped and ready when I got there. Took it for a test drive and the paperwork was rushed so that I wasn’t waiting longer than absolutely required. I needed to take the jeep in for minor service a week later. That is when I found out that the finance guy (Gray?) hadn’t completed the paperwork yet. I still haven’t gotten a letter from the bank doing the financing so I don’t know if the paperwork is done even to this day. I guess they’ll get around to it eventually. Overall, through the back ordered part headache to putting me in a different jeep of my choosing (much better jeep for my specific needs) they treated me exceptionally well. The minor service appointment I had to go in for was again exceptional service. This dealership is all about customer experience from the time you walk in the door until long after the sale and I’ll be shopping here again. My only critique is that the “bling department” needs more bling. Got a hat, shirt and duck but you could have gotten a larger part of my bling budget. You made me shop on Amazon instead :)

Service was great. My service advisor was on top of getting my car in quick. They recorded the inspection of my car and sent it to me so I could see.
