2017 Ford Focus
Buying process was ok, the car seemed ok when I test rode it. When I came back to Golden to pick up the car I loaded it on a trailer to take back to Grand Junction. The next morning I went to unload the car and it would not start. At first I thought I may have left something on, but was not the case. When I open the battery compartment and the positive terminal was all corroded. I had to take it off and do some extensive cleaning before I could put it back on. The car finally started. A couple of days later I went to drive it down to Lakewood for military duty and noticed that the steering wheel was crooked, I called the dealership and talked to service department about having it looked at. They made the recommendation to take it to Auto Nation Ford, don't know why but I did. When I got to Auto Nation Ford they called Auto Nation Jeep West and they stated they would not take care of the alignment which is all the car needed, so I paid for it myself. I also showed a picture of the corroded battery terminal to Tim at Auto Nation Ford, he was like Wow. My sales person at Auto Nation Jeep West said the vehicle had been thoroughly inspected, but obliviously it had not been, I also found trash in the back seat pocket which I showed to the sales guy Robbie. The service department at Auto Nation Ford talked to Adam at Auto Nation Jeep West who said no to the price of the alignment. After that situation, I was very pissed. I can tell you now, I will never recommend going to Auto Nation Jeep West. That was xxxxty customer service. I guess it was easy to sell the car to me, but taking care of the customer afterwards must be asking to much for this dealership.

Wow! Just wow!
I love love love my Jeep! Chrissy and Adam worked with me while I was on vacation to close the deal so I would I have my Jeep ready to drive away upon my return. With a few emails Auto Nation was able to get me a better rate than my credit union! Love live love my Jeep! Thank you!

Once it was sold custem service went out the door
At first thay were great. Showing me the car test driving . I told them about the exhaust leak and TPM light being on. Know it was as is but thought thay would fix one of them. Was told thay would check on it . Seem now' no one has the time too call me back. Like your on your own. No family spirit there.

I HAD A 7:30 APPT AT CHRYSLER. DROPPED IT OFF WENT TO GET BREAKFAST CAME BACK AN HOUR AND A HALF LATER AND IT HADNT MOVED. ALL I HAD SET UP TO DO WAS AN OIL CHANGE AND REPLACE MY HOOD LATCH BACK ON THE CABLE NEEDLESS TO SAY I WAS PRETTY UPSET BECAUSE I HAD MADE A SPECIFIC APPT 2 WEEKS EARLIER
