This was my first time buying a jeep at Prestige Jeep in Line don’t. I had bought 2 previous jeeps at a different Jeep dealership in NOCO Amin a relatively short time frame. Upon trying to buy the 3rd jeep that dealership was not willing to work with me over leather seats. I drive the same day to Prestige and told them my story and they bent over backwards and had me in my new jeep in 2 hours. I will never buy a jeep elsewhere. Thank you Prestige Jeep - I love my Jeep!

I have full confidence in everything he tells me and I am sure that he will follow through on every commitment he has made. Worst service I've ever received
After spending over $4k with them last year and 2 subsequent visits for a check engine light the issue is still not resolved. Less than 6 hours after picking up the Jeep both times, the check engine light is back on and we have the same issues. We took it to a backyard mechanic and he diagnosed the issue and had it fixed within a few days. The techs there need to think with their brains and not to rely on technology to diagnose problematic issues. It felt like they cleared the codes and then let the car sit to try and recreate the problem instead of driving it. Also, when we were looking a used car that was in the lot but with a different company, the salesman reached out to shake our hands but then stopped and walked away when he found out we were not there to buy thru them. WORST SERVICE EVER
