Jimmy was our sales rep and was very patient with us in making our decision. We were placed with JR who was amazing and funny which made us more relaxed. Then we finished with Joaquin who was very efficient and was able to get us out in a timely manner! Great service over all, much better then our first experience.

I brought in my truck to have them fluid flush my...

I brought in my truck to have them fluid flush my transmission (68rfe). Upon receiving my truck from them, I noticed on the first night that it had a new leak about 3" in diameter. It turns out they stripped one of the bolts and failed to notify me at all, then acted like it couldn't have been them. The truck never leaked before taking it in and now has a leak. Went to check the torque on all the trans pan bolts and found the stripped one. Now after 2.5 weeks, it seems that they probably didn't do any sort of cleaning to the mating surface where the old seal was, as the leak is coming from the back of the transmission pan at the seal. When I called them about this, Brandon was cool and had empathy for where I was coming from, but Steve the service manager basically told me to kick rocks and that it isn't their problem. Extremely poor customer service and technical service as well. I will never return here for anything whatsoever.
