Had a really nice buying experience working Leigh at Prestige. I flew in on a Friday,was picked up at the airport and taken right to the dealership. Leigh had the vehicle gassed up and ready to go as I had a long drive back to Oregon. The paperwork process was quick and absolutely no games were played. I was out the door at the agreed price in 45 minutes. I really appreciate the effort put forth by Prestige and Leigh to get the deal done. Out of State purchases aren't ideal but they never made me feel like the deal was a hassle or hardship......quite the opposite, I was welcomed in with a smile and a handshake ! Thanks, Brandon King

I had an excellent sales experience with Gabe. I showed up on a busy Saturday morning and told him that I had 25 min. to test-drive the jeep that we had emailed about previously. I also told him that our transaction would have to be completed via email/phone. Gabe worked with me flawlessly and a few days later he brought the jeep and paperwork to me at my home. They helped me out more than I can even explain. As soon as I told Steve my situation he made things happen and got me in a vehicle I can count on and absolutely love. I have purchased many vehicles in my life but this was the only time I have left the dealership feeling good about my purchase. My husband and I needed a new Jeep with our first baby on the way (my lifted Wrangler wouldn’t work with a baby seat). So after a few bad experiences at two other dealerships in the area, my husband called Prestige. He spoke directly to Tom Watson who was straight to the point and amazing to work with. After a few emails exchanged and our new Jeep picked out, we made an appointment to visit Prestige that night. When we got there Tom greeted us and introduced us to Olivia, our sales agent. She was super friendly and bubbly and was eager to help us out. The trade in of my Wrangler and purchase of our new Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude was very straight forward and quick. Tom gave us a very fair amount for our trade and we couldn’t have been happier with his or Olivia’s customer service, especially after our bad experiences at other dealerships. I actually hate the car buying process, but Prestige made it enjoyable. They have customers for life in us and we will be back when my husband buys his Dodge Ram! Greg was amazing! He did not beat around the bush, gave us straight answers. He was very courteous. Always made sure we knew everything there was to know, if he didn’t know he’d go find out or look it up. He went the extra mile for us and we really appreciated what he did for us!!!
