After having a very poor experience at another RAM...

After having a very poor experience at another RAM dealer...(I won’t say who but it’s in the golden area and I hate them) I called prestige because they had a nice 2018 hemi longbed and spoke with JZ (jason) who on the phone I got along with like a house on fire. I went in, he had coffee for me I looked at a truck I liked the truck so I bought the truck. They made sure the truck was in perfect shape and they delivered it a few days later. The experience was fun and the only stress was all me being nervous about buying a newer vehicle. so now I have a truck. Nice and painless. I asked them to fix a few things and do tires with no added xxxxxxxx and they did. I’m a technician and a very meticulous with my vehicles so I’m pretty untrusting and very critical of shops and dealerships. These guys were great and I will always recommend them.

Very pleasant dealership

I had researched numerous vehicles and had narrowed my search to 3 to look at. I appreciated the dealership's friendly, easy-going attitude. No pressure. I ended up purchasing the second vehicle I had driven that morning. My only complaint is that I was told it had been completely serviced, but when I started my drive home, I noticed that the message center was warning that the washer fluid was low and needed to be filled. I should have noticed prior to leaving the dealership. Just seems that that would have been part of the service procedure.

Pleasant car buying experience

No pressure, no hassle, we brought in online stated prices and they were honored, our salesman Steve Speliotes was knowledgeable, helpful and we felt he was truly working in our best interest.

Comfortable

Ricky let me work at my pace and use the communication that I was comfortable with. He and the team listened to what I wanted and I felt like everyone at the location was a family. The short time I was at the dealership it felt comfortable and friendly.
