Car was ready before we were told and it had had a nice wash too.

As usual, the staff was very helpful. The work was done in a timely and efficient manner, and I was notified of the progress and when the vehicle was done. Everything was done to my complete satisfaction. Dellenbach is the only place I will buy a truck.

Everything went well and did not take as long as I was initially told which was great. I always appreciate getting my car washed, also.

I had an appointment for an oil change and waited an hour! The last oil changes were done within 30-45 min- really appreciated getting our car in and out so fast but not this last time!

We have purchased three vehicles from Dellenbach over the last two or so years. Each time we worked with Mr Jim Connor, a sales representative at Dellenbach. Refreshingly, Jim doesn't sell you a car as much as he helps you buy one. And as with Mr Connor, we found that to be the attitude of the entire staff at Dellenbach. The entire dealership is there to help, which they do in a unfailing good spirit. This is a no pressure, highly ethical dealership and they get our highest recommendation.

I went to the service department to have the air in the cars tires readjusted. The service representative said they wanted to check the tires for leaks. Good thing!! There was a nail in one of them.

Started of with Crista Way, it took her 10 minutes on the phone to give me a quote for our trade in, how to do the credit application on line and what the next steps would be. She was correct and everything went well. Robert Robinson called within an hour to confirm some application information. We made an appointment for 10am the next morning. He met us on time at the door and verified we had all of our documents for the trade in. He showed us the car and sent us for a test drive. When we returned, all of the sales documents were in order and we finalized the trade in documents. Greg in financing was ready when he came and got us from the lounge. Process took less than 30 minutes We drove away happy customers

I recently dropped in to have my Silverado (2001) serviced. I had not set up an appointment. I also asked if the service technician would look a the rear end...........sounded like the bearings were going. Not only did they service my truck, but they were able to locate the problem...rear axle bearings and axles. I guess they don't last forever. They were able to replace the bearings and axles the same day I took it in, without an appointment,and get me back on the road. Thanks Chris (service adviser) and Thanks to the techs that worked on the vehicle.
