Have purchased my last two new cars here and have been

Have purchased my last two new cars here and have been having them serviced here. Customer service has gone way down hill. Oil change and tire rotation. They did not contact me via text to tell my my vehicle was ready, I had to contact them to ask and they advised via text 'YES IT IS DONE". They "forgot" to wash my car moved my seat all the way back and had my radio on full blast as well as the air conditioning. Why would they need to do that to just move my car out of the shop???? Asked about the car wash and the service writer just said "Oh, didn't they wash it?" We used to be very impressed with their customer service, guess that is gone now.

Coming to have my battery changed for my 2017 Chevy

Coming to have my battery changed for my 2017 Chevy Traverse. I already called their parts department the day before and was confirmed that they have the battery that fits my car in stock (I gave my VIN number) for $170. They said that installation was free. I came today to have it done, but they want to sell me a very expensive AGM battery for $540....I said I already called their parts department, but the service Advisor Johnny came to me that I need to have an expensive AGM battery on my car or there will be problem with the car. I told him that I already checked and GM website, put my VIN # told me that the battery for my car is only $169.95 installed....but he insisted that I should only use the $540 AGM battery. I decided to not buy from there....but I was still charged $106.27 for performing battery test...and I asked what this is...and Advisor Johnny told me that it is to pay for the 1 hour labor to take the battery out of the compartment....which I did not see as when he showed me, the battery is still sitting inside the car. I ended up going to Advance Auto Part, got the battery that fits my car, and they installed it for free in less than 10 min (which Dellenback charged my 1 hour labor just to take it out but never happened) at less than half the price quoted by Dellenback....so disappointed with Dellenbach Service Dept...Paying $106 for labor to take the battery out of their own Chevrolet car (which other shop can do in minutes), and told me info which I already know (that my battery needs replaced) and was forced to buy the expensive battery even after I already checked everywhere with my VIN number of the items I need and confirmed by their parts department. Very disappointed with Dellenback Service Dept....

Dog xxxx service department

Absolute DOG xxxx customer service. Removed an interlock without permission. Was just supposed to disable while being worked on. Installed incorrectly, after not installing it back in the first place. Had to ask 4 separate times for an oil change. My vehicle is completely locked out now because of their install, or they didn't blow in it when they reinstalled and caused a failure. Won't even trailer it to a company to repair it for me. Never going here again, and telling everyone I know not to go there either. Biggest pile of xxxx dealership I've seen.

Derek I am sorry this happened. You left it over night and there was a draw on the system from either your interlock or a programmer chip. This is something we have no control over.

Good communication and quick service on routine

Good communication and quick service on routine maintenance. I had a small amount of damage on the rear bumper plastic cover that I asked about thinking it would be an outrageous price through the body shop. The service advisor was very helpful in printing out the part information and price. He also asked the auto techs if they could do the repair since it was an easy replacement. The estimate for part and labor was $225 far exceeding my hope for a reasonable cost to repair. Very happy with the extra effort!

Fast efficient work done right the first.

Fast efficient work done right the first. However they did forget one item but they were able to get me on next day and completed while I waited

Amazing sales experience from research, to ordering, to the final purchase of our 2022 CADILLAC ESCALADE. There was no pressure, no ridiculous dealer mark ups, no nonsense and wow.... I don't know what else to say except I am grateful they were so easy and awesome to work with.
