Very pleasant experience. Cameron was so helpful and answered all of our questions I would recommend this dealership.

Took my truck in for an oil and filter change and tire rotation. The service writer David Garcia was very friendly. The waiting room is very nice with comfortable chairs, a TV, and free coffee. I bought my truck from Dellenbach Chevrolet over 14 years ago and the service has been consistently great. I will be a lifetime customer.

Arden Peters took excellent care of me over a period of nearly 3 years. He got me on the wait list for a 2022 Corvette! He kept me informed from day one and every step of the process. Where I was in line, when the Corvette was being built to my option choices, which he helped me with in the very start. Arden is extremely knowledgeable especially Corvettes. I can reach out to him any time with a question about my Christmas Present!

I was very satisfied with Ben as well as the loan officer and the help provided. However, I was very disappointed with the fact the dealership would not provide a second set of keys for the vehicle. I know from experience that if the only key and bob is lost, that it is very expensive to replace. Consequently, I had to go out and purchase it on my own at retail. Consequently, it is unlikely I will do business with Dellenbach in the future with the exception of service with my warranty.

I took my 2019 GMC truck to a body shop to repair some paint damage on my tailgate. They screwed up my back up camera and it was taken to Dellenbach to diagnose. They couldn't figure it out so they installed a new camera and wire harness. When it was returned there was substantial paint damage AGAIN on my tail gate. They denied it and now I am back to square one!!! DISHONEST DEALERSHIP!!!!!
