fixed warranty items

I purchased a used SRX still under factory warranty. I wanted your tech to go thru the car in addition to fixing warranty items. I wanted a report card of what I just purchased. Well when I got the car back two and a half days later the warranty work was completed, but they neglected to give me a write up of the quality of vehicle I just purchased. Also the interior headliner was dirty with fingerprints from trying to fix the delay/rain sense wiper feature. I understand that the service department is extremely busy, but purchasing a Cadillac I expected more from the employees.

Great Customer service

Everything went well, I would have put the experience at a 10 but the issue I had wasn't under warranty and was just a bullet point which is frustrating when you send a great deal of money on a vehicle. Mindy was a lot of help and has great customer service skills.

New Pickup

I am glad I went to Dellenbach for my latest vehicle. I worked with salesman Eric Wendt. Eric was knowledgeable and very easy to work with. The entire Dellenbach team was very helpful throughout the process. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Great salseman Robert Roberson

the sales man Rob Roberson waited all day with me and helped me and then we couldnt get the right time for an oil change for 2 weeks and rob kept working with me for two weeks and held the stuff from my old trucks back seat for me too this place is great and very helpfull will only buy froim these guys now

Great friendly customer service!

My wife and I had been looking for a truck for about a month. We have meet every kind of salesman by now but wow Eric Wendt was awesome. The truck that I left with was above my expectation in my price range. He had great customer service and knowledge about the vehicles. Great dealership from sales to financing to management was great all around. I will send people I care about to Eric Wendt for purchase.
