Dellenbach Motors

My 2013 Camaro had a musty smell after the A/C ran. I scheduled an appointment to have the problem corrected. Chris, in the Service Department, was very accommodating. I also appreciate that Eric Cordova provided a car to me to use while my Camaro was in the shop. We are very happy with Dellenbach and will continue purchasing our vehicles here. (FYI - one of our sons turns 16 in February -- we will likely be shopping for a good used vehicle in the next few months.)

I just want to thank Nathan Ybarra for such an awesome time buying a Chevy Traverse he done an outstanding job and really knew the end and outs of the vehicles we looked and and he actually asked my wife what she wanted and he made sure those items were crossed off the list and went over everything in the vehicle with her and that made her comfortable with the vehicle even before the test drive. I really lost faith years ago with dealerships ships and salesman but he really gave me another out look and the best part of it he made it feel like we were just dealing with a friend and not a pressured salesman, if anyone is looking to by a vehicle and have had bad experiences in the past I really would take some time and just stop by and give him a chance I dont think that you will look at buying a car or truck the same except for those xxxx payments and he cant do much about that except to sell you a cheaper car....LOL!!! Thanks for all your time that we wasted with us and you were awesome to deal with. We will be back in the future just have to wait for our wallets to get fat again. The Witmans Ft. Collins

I went to Dellenbach Motors on two occasions interested in buying a Silverado 3500HD. Both occasions I met with Eric Wendt. With Eric there is no pressure. I looked at the trucks he had on the lot, but I told him on both occasions I wanted to order my own and have it built for me. He never tried to talk me into letting him find one at another dealer or even something comparable on his lot. With Eric?s help it took about an hour to order the truck. Took about two months to get the truck and all the while Eric was on the job notifying me of each phase until delivery. As soon as the truck was delivered, Eric proceeded without delay, to photograph the truck and text to me, along with a timeline for pickup. This was the best experience I have had when purchasing a vehicle in over 40 years of driving, and it is all due to the dedication to customer service by Eric Wendt of Dellenbach Motors. I highly recommend doing business with Eric Wendt and Dellenback Motors.

I recently purchased a Yukon XL from Dellenbach and Eric Wendt made the experience a pleasure. I met Eric on a Saturday, told him what we were looking for and by the middle of the next week he had located the vehicle we wanted and we closed the deal. Eric stayed in touch with me via e-mail while he was looking for the Tahoe and he did not present himself as high pressure salesman. When the Tahoe arrived in Fort Collins we worked out a deal in no time at all. This was the second vehicle I've purchased from Dellenbach and both times I had a good experience. I would highly recommend doing business with Eric Wendt and Dellenbach motors.

From the moment I contacted Dellenbach over the phone regarding a used vehicle they had for sale, I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. They knew I wasn't spending $50K on a new vehicle, yet you'd never have known it by my treatment. Salesmen Stephen Coates and Mike McCraken both were excellent. Neither pushed me towards one vehicle or another and only wanted to help me get into a quality vehicle that would suit my needs. I cannot say enough good things about both of them. Stephen was the one I dealt with most and I'd thoroughly recommend him as your salesman. No pressure, no slimy "car salesman" feel at all. Buck Buchanan in the finance office was equally deserving of praise. He was fully prepared with all my documents when I entered the room. There was no effort to sell me items I didn't want and I was completed with everything in less than 15 minutes. Overall, by far the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership.

Chris Taylor was friendly, professional, and very helpful. He assisted me in finding the best car in my price range, and I am very satisfied with the services I received. I will definitely be returning when it comes time to purchase a new car.
