Dellenbach Motors

I purchased a used car from Dellenbach Motors this past week. The dealership came highly recommended from a friend of mine and I now see why. Everyone I met at Dellenbach was friendly and helpful. The actual purchase of the car was simple and straight forward and Eric Wendt, our sales representative, was a pleasure to work with. I will be returning to Dellenbach when the time comes for my next car purchase.

We bought a used truck from Dellenbach Motors and loved the experience. Bruce Ford, our salesman, was extremely friendly and didn't pressure us into buying a car we didn't want. He was really helpful with all of our questions. Without batting an eye, he let us test drive the vehicle for a whole week. This allowed us the time we needed to decide this was the car for us.

Bruce Ford was extremely helpful, honest and got us a good deal for our used Subaru. He really went out of his way to find out the history of the car and worked to get us a price that we felt was very fair.

We where not normal customers to start off with. We just had our first kid, Myles. After finding out what daycare cost, we needed to get rid of our monthly payments. Eric helped us trade in our 2012 Edge and get into an 2008 Mountaineer, with just a little bit down. He was able to give me a very good offer on our trade in and get us into a great used Mountaineer. He treated us like family, a real genuine person. The type of guy you want to call your friend . He is the biggest reason we bought a car at Dellenbach Motors. Will be doing all future business with him!

So far it is a great car and everyone at the dealership was great. They worked to get me into a new car and the same amount I was paying on a used car. Great Job!

I had a recall on my Cadillac and the service was prompt and on time as expected. Thanks as I drive 2 hours to service my car and usually plan other activities while in Fort Collins. There are other dealers closer to me however, I am not comfortable going to them as a woman. Dellenbach does not do this.

I just bought a Prius from Dellenbach (like less than an hour ago..lol)!!!! The staff there was so friendly and went out of their way to accommodate me. Due to my commute (FTC to DTC) Rob Roberson and his team stayed after hours (on numerous occasions) to show me vehicles, do test drives, and paperwork. While I was at work, Rob worked diligently to answer all my questions, get vehicles ready for when I showed up (plates on and ready for test drive) and he communicated with me on my terms. I felt so confident in my purchase. I will continue to do business with them and recommend them to family, friends, and co-workers. Thanks Rob, Erik (SM) and everyone else who assisted!!

I am pleased to say that I had great experience buying my first car with Bruce Ford at Dellenbach Motors. Bruce was very friendly and made the car buying experience simple and enjoyable. It was clear to me that he has a lot of experience selling cars but he knows how to do it stress-free and easy. Bruce got me in a great used Honda Civic for a fair price and great financing. Previously, to coming to Dellenbach I visited a few other dealerships that just wanted to sell me something I didn?t want for a much higher price. Overall, Bruce did a great job and if you are in the market for a used/new vehicle go pay Bruce Ford a visit.
