Their service department has always been honest and fair with me when my car has needed repair. They have great customer service and work with your schedule.

I cannot speak highly enough of the sales service I received buying the XC60. I mistakenly bought the car without one of my "must have" features. Devin and Ryan found the exact car I wanted on the East Coast and made swapping out what I bought for that car seamless and extremely fair. Couldn't be happier

I had a great experience working with Tanner Highfill. I actually worked with Tanner back in 2013 when I bought my first Rav4 from Pedersen Toyota. He was wonderful to work with. He was very professional and very accommodating. Several months ago, Tanner emailed me to say he's still selling cars and would like to help me if I need another car in the future. I very much appreciated hearing from him then and kept his email address on file. I was involved in a car accident this past year and my car was totaled. I knew that I wanted another Rav4 and immediately reached out to Tanner so we could work together again. He did not only go the extra mile to help me shop for my next Rav4, but he went an extra 10 miles...he helped me research the value of my totaled car to make sure my insurance check was fair, he remained in constant contact and did everything in his power to help me with purchasing my next car. Tanner did such an amazing job both times providing a level of customer service that is very rare these days. I know that when my friends and family are in the market for a new car, I will continue to refer them directly to Tanner, as I am confident in his ability to find a great deal and do so in a professional manner! I was a long time Nissan customer having bought four vehicles over several years however even with my repeat business I never felt I was appreciated like I did today at Pedersen Toyota. I purchased a 2011 Chevy Equinox from Peterson Toyota this past weekend and couldn't have had a better car buying experience! I traveled from Montana to Colorado to test drive the vehicle and make the purchase. From the moment I inquired about the vehicle I had nothing but a wonderful experience! Alex pick me up from the bus stop in the vehicle and made sure I had a full tank of gas before I left town. Casey was incredible to work with! He was honest andforthcoming and he described the vehicle exactly as it was! I had no surprises when I arrived and the vehicle exceeded any expectations I could have possibly had! Brandon helpef me save money by beating my bank interest rate and getting me the best possible deal on an extended warranty! All staff at Peterson Toyota were helpful and friendly in every way! Casey touched base with me to make sure that I made it home safely and I truly and sincerely felt as though everyone there wanted to make sure my car buying experience was the best it could possibly be! I am beyond happy with my vehicle purchase! By far the best car buying experience I have every had! Any and all future vehicle purchases I make will be at Peterson Toyota! Have just spent the day test driving various vehicles before deciding on The One. We were extremely happy with and impressed with the care we received. We didn't know what we wanted when we arrived. Our sales person was not only friendly, but was easy to talk with. He was also knowledgeable, helpful, personable and just plain fun and energetic. I have to say that I have leased many cars from Pederson Toyota in Ft Collins, Co, and have always had a great experience.
