    Buying Car here is like throwing money in trash. About to pay my 6th EMI on the loan which I took for buying car from this dealer. After buying the car,... I drove 4 days, found defects, left the car at dealer. Dealer tested car for 1 month, left it at a VW service station. From 6 months it is in Service Center and Iam paying EMIs. Car was sold to me for $8500 $2000 Warranty = $10,500. Repair estimates are $11,500. There is no Zero Star option to select.

    By far the worse place to buy a car!! The will lie lie lie just to sell the car! When thousands go wrong with the car within the 1st week of buying it... they say your SOL on top of being so rude! JORDAN and David are the worst!!! I asked to speak to the owner and was told no!!!

    We had a great experience buying my new Highlander. Josh was extremely helpful and very nice. He took a lot of time with us and kept the smile throughout.... Even the British guy was cool. We were able to test drive and purchase in the same day. There were no bad experiences from start to finish. I would recommend this dealership to all of my friends and especially my family. Thank you Carma Automotive Group so much for everything. I will be coming back when it's time for another purchase.

    3 days after purchasing a vehicle it needed 2400 in repairs and this dealership did nothing. They are very dishonest. PLEASE DON’T BUY FROM THIS DEALER... OR YOU WILL BE THE NEXT VICTIM

    I recently purchased a 2011 crown vic police car. I drove the car, but didn't notice that the heater hose going to the intake manifold was leaking, due... to someone BREAKING the connection where the heater hose attached to the intake manifold. Deri told me that the hoses were replaced by the Ford Dealer ?? I called Gwinett Ford and they had NO RECORD of this?? I was driving back to Indianapolis, and stopped at Murfeesbouro, TN when I did STEAM was coming out of the car. The radiator cap was loose, so as not to build up pressure, disguising the SERIOUS problem. The cost of the intake manifold was $208.00 labor From Ford dealer was $750.00. I would at least expect you to reimburse me for these amounts. Also my wife and I could have had a SERIOUS accident driving through the mountains around Chatanooga, where there are STEEP grades, and NO places to pull over. I am going to send you pictures of the defect, and I have also sent them to my Attorney. I can see trying to make a profit; however, when you risk peoples lives YOU are going TOO far. I would expect a timely answer, and a Cashiers Check for the $958.00 I am out. I can deal with the HAIL DAMAGE that was not disclosed, and the turn signals not canceling, but don't understand how this car passed a vehicle safety inspection.

    Bad Experiance. The seller Jonathan recommended that I buy insurence after I bought the truck. After two weeks I had to pay $3,500 in repairs for the... truck with no help from the insurence. Do not buy insurence!!!!

    I found the truck online at Car Gururs. I called and Avery the Sales Rep answered and talked me through the whole process. Never met a Car Dealership... to treat me the way they did. 5 out of 5 stars. Definitely will recommend when asked. They went through every detail and made it a very simple process.

    Check engine light came on after being driven home. Dealership had reset it at time of purchase. knowing it wasn't repaired. Power steering with out... on truck and in shop today being repaired. The old saying ..... Guess they saw me coming.

    Mr. Williamson, I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with your 2004 Dodge Ram. From our records I see that we got the truck to pass an emissi...ons inspection on 06/09/2019 which would not have been possible had there been any pending codes or a check engine light. It did initially fail on 05/28/2019, due to bad fuel cap, Which was replaced. We also replaced the radiator after finding it was defective during our mandatory pre-sale Inspection and performed an oil change. Which is reported to carfax. All of the service information is public information on carfax if you wish to verify the validity of my statement. In summary we inspected the vehicle, performed service, road tested, fixed the emissions related issue to pass emissions at a Georgia inspection station, at that time the mileage was 134372. At the time of sale the mileage at the time of sale was 134385, which would indicate another road test of 13 miles with no check engine light . I believe we did everything in our power to properly represent this 15 year old truck with over 130k. Unfortunately we cannot predict the future or foresee issues that may arise on a used vehicle. I recommend you call into the dealer to discuss the issue further with management, as we are always happy to help after the sale.

    Mr. Frederic made the process super smooth and Mr. Greg put the bow on it. Very understanding and helpful individuals and I cannot forget Ms. Shelby for... going out of her way and really working some magic. I felt really comfortable after realizing that they weren't about just selling a car but my overall satisfaction which was very refreshing. Tell them Chris referred you ;)
