    Over the years I have purchased numerous vehicles and have even worked in the auto industry myself. Carma Auto Group is by far, one of the best. The total... experience from start to finish was efficient, non-pressured and most importantly, fair. Avery my sales person, was very attentive and stayed in contact with me throughout the entire buying process. He was always straight forward and honest with me and took care of all my requests before and after the vehicle delivery. I was also introduced to the owner Greg who too took the time to make sure all of my concerns and requests were addressed. Bottom line, they are a business of integrity and I will definitely recommend them to my friends and business partners.

    We had a great experience buying my new Highlander. Josh was extremely helpful and very nice. He took a lot of time with us and kept the smile throughout.... Even the British guy was cool. We were able to test drive and purchase in the same day. There were no bad experiences from start to finish. I would recommend this dealership to all of my friends and especially my family. Thank you Carma Automotive Group so much for everything. I will be coming back when it's time for another purchase.

    PSA: Stay Away, Save yourself, Piss poor customer service. First and foremost this dealership has terrible communication, I was hung up on, and they never... called me back when they said they would.when I got there no one came out to greet me nor while browsed the lot. When I got inside, no one came from behind there desks. Im a Retail store supervisor and this is the worst customer service I???ve ever experienced in my life. id rather go to the ???DMV??? for no reason. I???ve boughten over a dozen cars in my lifetime, this is the one dealership that made it their goal to not sell a car. Trying to get ???Derri??? to tell you where they???re with you trade numbers was pulling teeth. Then ???Jonathan??? gave me the almost off-the-wall reasons why they couldn't except my trade which still doesn???t make since. If I had to read the reviews before I went to this dealership I wouldn't of wasted my time. I could go on about this place but not worth anymore of my time.This isn???t a dealership by any means what so ever. I strongly suggest seeking purchases elsewhere.

    Firstly, I would like to apologize for the fact that you came away from the dealership feeling as though you had a negative experience. As far as the ...numbers with your trade in, I believe it was simply a case of two parties not agreeing to a trade value. We had appraised your vehicle at or around $2000.00. based on the KBB, NADA, MMR and market sellign value of the vehicle. Per my memory, you were seeking around $6000.00 for the trade in because of a loan you had on the title. Which we believed was too high of a figure for your car.     My dad found this dealership on social media and we were able to take a look at the car I was interested in. Jonathan helped us greatly and negotiated... the price of the vehicle to my budget. He was also very helpful in helping me trade in my 2006 Ford Escape. After looking at two other dealerships on Saturday, Carma was my best bet. It offered a newer year vehicle for less than 100k miles, and the price was right at the cap of my budget. I would recommend this dealership; however their selection is quite slim, so do your research.

    DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!! Paid cash for a car in August, now November and the title is still not in our name so we can not get a tag. The temp... tag has expired, and can not be extended. We have made numerous phone calls and because no one would call back gone to the office 2x. Was told it would be fixed and made 2 trips to the tag office. Both times the tag office told us the title is not in our name so they cant do anything. As far as I'm concerned they stole $3500 cash from us and gave us a car that can not be titled. Again BEWARE! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CRIMINALS.
