Don't trust the pictures, The Lexus I saw was tras

The 2010 Lexus LS460 that I drove 130 miles to buy was nothing like the pictures that I saw, they didn't even wash the car knowing that I was coming to buy it. I've seen better looking cars in the junkyard.


Honest people

There what is the miscommunication between the sales people and the manager David Love and I got pretty upset about it because it was not what we agreed upon and I put a deposit down and we kind of talked back-and-forth and he called me back and said that he was going to refund my deposit in so he did right by me and that’s very rare in this world and so I recommend this dealership highly just for this.



I purchased a vehicle that I love at a great price but the AC did not work. The sales manager promised he would fix the compressor, and he kept his word. Even after two weeks upon the purchase they followed up and asked that I ring it in.. That's all I could ask for.



I purchased from the Englewood , Carma Auto location. Do not buy from this location. The car I purchased has been deemed unsafe for passengers with a cost of $8000 for me to repair. RUN DO NOT BUY!!!


Buying Car here is like throwing money in trash

Buying Car here is like throwing money in trash. About to pay my 6th EMI on the loan which I took for buying car from this dealer. After buying the car, I drove 4 days, found defects, left the car at dealer. Dealer tested car for 1 month, left it at a VW service station. From 6 months it is in Service Center and Iam paying EMIs. Car was sold to me for $8500 $2000 Warranty = $10,500. Repair estimates are $11,500. There is no Zero Star option to select.


Worse place to but a car !!

By far the worse place to buy a car!! The will lie lie lie just to sell the car! When thousands go wrong with the car within the 1st week of buying it they say your SOL on top of being so rude! JORDAN and David are the worst!!! I asked to speak to the owner and was told no!!!


Don’t buy from this dealership

3 days after purchasing a vehicle it needed 2400 in repairs and this dealership did nothing. They are very dishonest. PLEASE DON’T BUY FROM THIS DEALER OR YOU WILL BE THE NEXT VICTIM


Very Sad experience

I recently purchased a 2011 crown vic police car. I drove the car, but didn't notice that the heater hose going to the intake manifold was leaking, due to someone BREAKING the connection where the heater hose attached to the intake manifold. Deri told me that the hoses were replaced by the Ford Dealer ?? I called Gwinett Ford and they had NO RECORD of this?? I was driving back to Indianapolis, and stopped at Murfeesbouro, TN when I did STEAM was coming out of the car. The radiator cap was loose, so as not to build up pressure, disguising the SERIOUS problem. The cost of the intake manifold was $208.00 labor From Ford dealer was $750.00. I would at least expect you to reimburse me for these amounts. Also my wife and I could have had a SERIOUS accident driving through the mountains around Chatanooga, where there are STEEP grades, and NO places to pull over. I am going to send you pictures of the defect, and I have also sent them to my Attorney. I can see trying to make a profit; however, when you risk peoples lives YOU are going TOO far. I would expect a timely answer, and a Cashiers Check for the $958.00 I am out. I can deal with the HAIL DAMAGE that was not disclosed, and the turn signals not canceling, but don't understand how this car passed a vehicle safety inspection.


Do not recommend

Bad Experiance. The seller Jonathan recommended that I buy insurence after I bought the truck. After two weeks I had to pay $3,500 in repairs for the truck with no help from the insurence. Do not buy insurence!!!!


Bad customer service

I went to see a used truck and i called before i arrived the sales associate frederic was very rude he told us that the truck was ready and when we got there it wasn't!! He told us to come back the next day which we did and the truck was a complete mess they worked on it and forgot to put some bolts... i tried to tell him and he kept denying it well then i test drove the truck only to find out it was leaking massive oil and coolant! Again i told the sales associate and he kept denying it very rude of himmb to just walk out and leave us i dont recommend this dealer well at least this sales associate!!
