Poor service
Brought my truck in for an issue with the alignment. I told them I tried to get the truck aligned at another reputable tire store. The store said my tie rod was popping. Obviously a problem. I had the tire store show me, it was obvious to me. When I brought my truck to Johnson Auto Plaza, they told me my tie rods we within spec. I called xx and fought with them for 4 days to replace the tie rod and align my truck. The only reasonable person was Tom the service manager. My tie rod was eventually replaced under my warranty. Customers should not have to deal with this type of service. I purchased a factory warranty and I expect my truck to stay in good working order. I should not have to argue with a service manager in order for my truck to be fixed under my factory warranty. I don't know if this is Chrysler or the dealer but I will take my business elsewhere to find out.

I recently took my Jeep Liberty to Johnson Auto Plaza to address a recall situation (ORC). There was an issue with a bad part being sent and my vehicle was not going to be ready for pick-up until later in the day. I spoke with Chris and he explained the situation with compassion and professionalism. I have been the Director of Operations at a company an at times had to tell a customer they would not get their material as scheduled due to circumstances beyond our control. I know it is not an easy position to be in but, Chris was not only sympathetic to my situation but, very confident and knowledgeable in his explanation to me of the problem. I rarely, if ever write a review but, felt compelled to let Johnson know what I believe you have an excellent employee in Chris. Terrible experience, tried to low ball my trade by $4000. Waste of time. Go to Autonation golden instead

Note very detailed
Purchased our car here in 2009 and was not happy. Recently we returned to have the car detailed. We had to bring to the staffs attention that the windshield, dash and visors were not clean. It was as though we were asking them to do something not included in a car detail. A few days later when it snowed, we could not find the window scrapers! We brought it to their attention at which point they quickly returned our two scrappers. But... they were not ours! 2 weeks later we are still waiting to get our scrappers back as promised by the staff. To top it all off, while searching for the window scrapers, we found the parts that the detail staff broke off during the detail. They conveniently hide them in one of the storage cubbies. Johnson Auto Plaza staff graciously offered to order and install the broken parts. 1 weeks later we are still waiting for the parts to arrive.

Missing and broken detail

Rude and unprofessional sales staff
I have been thinking to purchase a muscle car for months , and we decided to go this dealer since we had done previous business by taking our vehicles for service. First time on the Dodge side, we couldn't find available parking for customers. Walked in and we were not acknowledge for a while, finally this person approached us to ask if we need it help, without even introducing himself. We told him that we wanted to test drive the Challenger, his response was " what car do you drive ?" that was a question that I never had before done by a dealer, and we had purchased several brand new cars. I told him that does not matter. He responded " Oh you want to do a Joy ride ?, we didn't think any of it, and we said "sure". Then he said that they "don't do joy rides", We paused for his statement of a "joy ride". We restated that wanted to test drive the car and see the different options available on my budget. He went on to scold us about "joy rides" and that they do not do them. We left very upset , and decided to call the Dealer Manager, because I've never been told that by a dealer before. So the Manager said that they avoid to do test drives because they can't sell a car with too many miles. I'm not sure how you can wisely buy a car without test driving it nor does anyone buy every car they test drive. My thought was what Dodge Brand would said about his statement, this dealer chooses money over building a relationship with his customers over few bucks. Ownership should then allocate few cars for test drives if they are so concern about it, they don't care about the business, just the money that they can get from it. They lost my business and anyone else that i can tell about me experience..

Amazing Service!!!!!
We recently purchased a 2015 Ram 2500 Pickup. It was one of the easiest and most pleasurable experiences buying a vehicle that we have ever had! Unfortunately for us, with 2,000 miles on the vehicle, the water pump went out. We called Johnson Auto Plaza, and since we were in Brighton when it went out, we drove over to the service center. I have never experienced the level of service that we received! It was amazing!!! Jake King treated us extremely well. He went out of his way to make sure they did everything they could to get us right in and back on the road as quickly as possible. Since the part they needed was only available in Boulder, they had someone drive to Boulder and pick up the part and bring it back to be installed in our truck. In the mean time, they provided us with a rental car so we weren't stuck there waiting. Kudos to Jake King for providing excellent service to us...we would definitely recommend Johnson Auto Plaza to our friends and family!

A Great Place to Purchase Your Used Car
I've spent about two years looking for a Nissan 350Z that matched the exact specifications that I wanted. Much to my delight, I found exactly what I was looking for in Brighton, CO, about an hour from where I live. I set up an appointment and test drove the vehicle and immediately knew it was the one. I had the opportunity to work with Rich Jeffers and was in and out of the sales process quicker than any other dealership I've ever worked with. Not only did they accept my offer, but they also detailed my vehicle, replaced the tires, the brakes, fixed a small tear in the leather, the window regulator, and DELIVERED my car to Fort Collins when all was said and done. About a week later, I discovered a problem with the air conditioner. I then worked with Milo in service and was taken care of yet again. I could have spent about $2-3,000+ extra on these repairs had they not been an honest dealership, but they have exceeded all expectations. Thanks to these great folks and their service during and after the sale!

2014 Dodge Ram 2500 Rear side body cracking
As a business we purchased (2) 2014 Dodge Ram 2500 3/4 ton trucks from these guys and had them install headache racks and tool boxes on them. On one of the trucks the rear side body on both sides is cracking down the sides under the toolbox. Took this truck down there and talked to them about assisting with repair in mid June 2015 and now it is mid July 2015 and haven't heard a word from them even after leaving many messages with their service department. These trucks are less than a year old and the rear body shouldn't be cracking. I have even called the Dodge consumer line about help and asked them to have Johnson Auto Plaza contact me, but still haven't heard a word. After this kind of service, we will not only never buy a Dodge Truck again but any truck we purchase in the future will not be from Johnson Auto Plaza

Best Experience I had in Colorado buying a car
I travel for work so most of my shopping was done online and I went to the dealerships on the weekends. By far Johnsons was the most competitive and offered competitive price on my trade in. Everything went extremely quick other than their finance department being backed up. Anytime i'm in the market for another car I will definitely put them on my list to pay a visit. Rich Jeffers their internet sales specialist was very professional and responded quickly.
