Have bought 3 vehicles from Johnson auto over the past 15 years. Was going to purchase another but after they were unwilling to go back on a price they originally had, to which I walked out. From being bounced around, one sales person to another, to them wasting my time. They've lost a long time customer.

I had a great experience with this dealership. The dealership has a small home town feel but with a large inventory. Sales professional Michael Fresquez was friendly, able to answer questions promptly and all without pressure of making the sale. I would certainly consider buyers my from them again. It was a pleasure working with Michael on finalizing the deal on my Ram 3500 Limited purchase and LOVE IT!!!

Rarely will I leave a review, however my purchasing experience with Mr. Clyker was exemplary. I have purchased 9 vehicles over the past 40 year and can easily say this was the best/easiest transaction I have had. I am from out of state. Mr. Clyker honored my communication preferences which was critical as I am a teacher and cannot take calls during the day. He was professional, courteous, personable, knowledgeable and prompt. Zero hassles, zero issues, zero pressure, zero stress! Highly recommended. Thanks Matthew! Dennis H.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. My car had a blown head gasket and was covered under warranty. Months later I dealt with a failing engine mount that my mechanic said was a result of their faulty repair. Was told the service manager would call me back and he didn’t. Now I’m dealing with 6k repairs for leaks all associated with the work they did on the head gasket and was told there is nothing they can do since it’s 9 months past the parts warranty. This was all verified my my mechanics. If they did the job right the first time, all this wouldn’t have happened. Lousy technicians and even worse that they don’t stand behind their work. Don’t walk, run away.

I had an outstanding experience at Johnson's Auto Plaza in Brighton, Colorado! Nadine was incredibly personable, making me feel valued and addressing all my concerns with care. When I had one issue, both Nadine and Todd jumped in and resolved it quickly with no hassles. The customer service here truly lives up to the Johnson’s name—top-notch and exceptional. Highly recommend this dealership for an stress-free, customer-focused Sales experience!

On July 16th at 9:11am I setup an appt on July 28th to have my husband's 2020 Dodge Ram 1500 looked at, as it would overheat whenever you sat idle at stop lights etc. I was told to have our vehicle there by 7:30 and to expect it to be there for a couple days. On Sunday the 27th, I received a text reminder that we had an appointment the following day and to have our vehicle there by 8:15. We arrived there at 7:15, of course they were not opened yet, so we waited. My husband took the key into them at 7:30 when they opened. On Tuesday, I still had not heard back from them, so I called at 5:02pm to see what was going on. The service counter guy said, they had not had a chance to look at it and it might get looked at by the end of the week, "SINCE WE DIDN'T MAKE AN APPOINTMENT". WHAT? I told him, we would be in shortly to pick it up. When we got there, he said he had nothing in the system that showed an appointment for us. I showed him my phone, the text that we received. He said, I'm sorry, but there's nothing we can do, since you "DIDN'T HAVE AN APPOINTMENT". WHAT AGAIN? I just showed you the text. Why in the world would I get a text if we did NOT have an appointment. We definitely will not go back there, and we will never buy a vehicle from them. I even sent them a message asking them to call me back regarding this incident. Crickets. Have not heard a word from anyone. If they would of called and talked to me, I probably would not have written this review. BUT, apparently, they do not care about losing a $2,000 repair sale. We knew what was wrong with the vehicle, because we already had it diagnosed and had already looked up what the cost should have been. Businesses do not care anymore about their customers. I do hope this makes a dent in their bottom line. I want them to suffer, like their customers have to. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! And the overall rating would be a negative 10, not a 1.
