Professionals who put the customer first.

Good people work here and it's obvious that customer service is held at the highest standard. Never felt pressured and they were open, honest and knowledgeable about all my nitpicky questions :)

Rich Jeffers is the worst!

I found a car through Cargurus and at Johnson’s Dodge in Colorado. I researched the dealership through Google reviews etc and found that Rich Jeffers was quite the salesman, I was wrong! I inquired on a vehicle at Johnson’s Dodge and was then contacted by Rich Jeffers. He asked me to fill out a pre approval which I did, but then that’s when everything went south. My credit is not the greatest and apparently Rich was keen on that fact so basically gave up on me. He did not return calls, texts or emails after that knowingly the deal was dead. I had to reach out to him to follow up on the last bank (Wells Fargo) with no answer from him. Curiously, I called with a different number and HE ANSWERED! He ducked all my calls, texts and emails knowing the deal was dead and I was a “waste of his time”. I do not recommend this dealership whatsoever!! * Rich responded faster to my Google review than calling me back!! Ridiculous!

Bought a used truck.

We bought a used 2017 Ford F-150 at Johnson Auto plaza and it was the quickest and easiest thing ever....like buying a candy bar!!!!! Angie was our sales person. We chose this particular truck after doing hours of research to find the exact one we wanted. When we arrived, we took it for a quick test drive, 10 minutes or so, then bought it. We paid cash, so there was very little paperwork, and we were out of there in 40 minutes. Very quick and painless deal. Angie is a very knowledgeable person when it comes to cars, and she was a delight to work with. They washed the truck AND FILLED, yes, FILLED the gas tank, and we were heading back to Arizona. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again, and probably will. Thank you Angie, and Johnson Auto Plaza.

Oil change

Terrible service experience dont bring your vehicle here for a oil change they dont own up to their mistakes and will give you wrong diagnostic for repairs

2020 GMC Purchase

Outstanding Service at the Truck Center

Jake at the truck center continues to give outstanding service. He has helped me service my last two trucks at Johnson Auto Plaza and I couldn't have asked for better a better customer service experience. From when I drop it off to when I pick it up he is outstanding. I get updates on the status and a call when it's finished. Top notch! Thanks!

Poor Service

I recently purchased a 2012 Toyota Tundra from this dealer a few weeks back and had a "decent experience"....... That was until I had to deal with them after my purchase. First, Matt from the dodge side seemed like a great guy. I already had pre-approved financing through my own bank and brought it with me. I ended up not purchasing a vehicle but decided to returning a week later and closed the deal on the same truck. My first issue was with the sales manager Dave. Even though I had pre-approved financing with specific dealer instructions on how to process the paperwork, he first attempted to run my credit through the same bank rather than using my pre-approval letter which flagged the bank as fraud and denied not only the request sent from the dealer but it also denied my existing pre-approval. As i understand a finance manager was able to fix this but I had to return the day after. (I did get a notification on my credit karma app that my credit score did drop a few points due to recent requests after this date.) This whole time I am trying to get this tundra deal to work, Matt told me TWICE that the car comes with two sets of keys. I only saw one. When I was about to close on the deal with finance I asked the gentleman who was preparing the sales paperwork if the car came with two keys. He also said it should and told me if Matt said there was two then I would get two. I shouldn't of have trusted them until I placed my hands on both keys. After I signed the docs I met Matt outside and asked for the second pair of keys. He told me he didn't have them!!!! Didn't bother to tell me that before I signed the paperwork and told me he would contact the previous owner and have them return the second set. I asked him what would happen if the owner no longer had them (WHO KEEPS A CARS OLD KEYS ANYWAYS). Matt said he would replace them and have a new set cut. Well i never got a phone call, I myself left over 4 voice messages to Matt and two text to the sales manager Dave and have not gotten a response. Just check out the screenshot I took of the messages with Dave and the call history. I posted them on YELP as well. It wasn't until I asked for a manager above the both of them that the receptionist got Matt on the phone and he told me the same story. "The owner has not yet come by with the keys and call back tomorrow". Well Matt, I called and left another voicemail and nothing. Don't expect any truth from this dealership unless you have it in writing or get what you requested before taking ownership of the car. What poor service. I will continue to call until I get my second set of keys.

Vehicle Repair

They took care of my Jeep when it broke down. They did a phenomenal job and Courtney was great in keeping me informed. Been a customer for years. They are top notch.
