    Great sales it takes weeks for repairs that do not fix problems from 15000 miles ia long wait for oil changes been here 2 hours truck has not moved

    At the risk of sounding cynical, I usually avoid car dealerships. However, I needed a new Jeep and visited several closer to my home. None would guarantee... the manufacturer's rebate for the month my car would be ordered, and most were not as familiar with the vehicle as one would expect. The experience at Johnson Auto Plaza was different. The sales and support people were pleasant, knowledgeable, but not pushy. They quickly answered my questions comparing models, and regarding accessories. The price and their dealer fees were straightforward and reasonable, and they would stand behind the current rebates even though they might decrease the month the car was delivered. When the car arrived, my salesperson Josh Stevenson gave me a 3-hour orientation with the car, and was quite familiar with its many technological features. Because the rebate had increased since ordering the car, they gave me the larger of the two rebates, without hesitation. I would definitely buy another car from Johnson Auto Plaza - it is worth the drive for me.

    Posted a car that was damaged and filthy with low miles. Said it would be ready to look at when I arrived. Drove over 20 miles to get there. Dealer was... busy with another customer but didn't ask one of the other dealers to help me, who were to busy texting to help me. Was told by one dealer the price and another told me something different $1000 difference

    Dropped vehicle off for blower motor repair, “with an appointment“ was told to wait in lobby, after five hours, I was told nearly $2,800.00 for repair.... After talking with service rep, found out they did a complete audit of my vehicle and was attempting to get me to fix everything they felt wrong with my car. NO WORK/REPAIR WAS COMPLETED. Asked service rep, how much just to fix what I brought the vehicle in for. Was told about $700.00. Asked service rep how long will it take to fix it. Was told they don’t actually have the parts and I’ll have to either leave it or come back. Told them can’t go without a car I’ll have to bring it back, service rep said they will make sure to order the part so the repairs can be completed within the same day. Made another appointment. Vehicle was dropped off at 7 AM was told they will call when completed. 6 PM came around and no phone calls!!! Called the next morning at 8AM was told they will have someone call me right back with the status of my vehicle. Well here comes 12 PM no phone call!!! Finally called them was told they are waiting on parts!!! And will have a service rep call me back!!! I do not recommend Johnson’s auto!!! Horrible communication horrible customer service!!! I absolutely will not be returning to Johnson’s auto for vehicle purchase or repairs!!! And I still do not have my car!!!

    Salespeople are very rude like to cuss and seem to be selective border line stereotyping us as consumers. Salesperson was Diego and he was our second salesperson... first older gentleman was worse can't recall his name but he wouldn't even or didn't have the time to even walk the lot with us! Nightmare.
