1 only because there is no 0 rating. If your looking for a reputable dealership don't look at Johnson auto plaza. You will be nothing less than disappointed. absolutely has to be the worst service department in the state. Also the sales people and finance department will be very deceptive during the process making false statements and untruths related to this dealership. The associates in the service department are rude and appear inexperienced in service.

Purchased a Chevrolet Colorado.

Purchased a Chevrolet Colorado. Purchase of the vehicle was good. There were tons of promises as to how this dealership was comparable to Brighton Ford. Money out the door and 1st service experience completed and I have to say never have I been more disappointed in a vehicle or dealership . I was told a car would be provided for warranty issues. And maybe so but not until hours of waiting for a diagnosis which they fail to tell you. The service department has been extremely rude every time I have been there. Probably one of the reasons they have an endless field of unpurchased vehicles. Never would I recommend this dealership or service department. Save yourself the disappointment and agravation and purchase from a reputable dealership. Brighton Ford is just minutes down the road and they are professional, reputable and follow through with what they tell you. I

We just purchased a 2021 Buick Enclave Avenir and it was the best vehicle purchasing experience we've had in many years. Saul Alverado was great to work with and took time to make us comfortable with all the aspects of the vehicle and the buying process. The Buick is everything we expected and more. I recently had a great service/parts experience.

I recently had a great service/parts experience. Nicholas in service and Dennis in parts did a great job helping me with a key fob issue. Nicholas was knowledgeable and patient. Also, Dennis was very helpful with my situation. Excellent customer service all around. Definitely heading back for my Ram/Dodge service and parts needs.

The welcoming into the dealer by Tracey and the great support of Matt Clyker during the purchase process made this one of my best experiences when buying a truck. This was a very important step for me and the team Johnson Auto made it run flawlessly. They will tell you lie after lie and hope you are dumb

They will tell you lie after lie and hope you are dumb enough to believe all there xxxxxxxx they try to use there financial place because there all in there little click together so they can rip you off l had like a 720 something credit score that's what they said but only 1 place would except my application. A there year old would know that's a lie.told them l wanted to use a different financial company and they got mad so l was going to leave so they ran the application through my place it was excepted it but earlier they said only 1 place would except it then l said what if l trade my car in with the deal and they said no you don't want to do that we could only give you 500 for it so I was going to leave again they said we could give 3000 or more for it and it goes on and on.
