Chris Bongato was great to work with on getting me the

Chris Bongato was great to work with on getting me the right deal to make it work. I’m a repeat customer because of how well the Johnson Auto team treats me and my family. I have to say that the #1 resin for looking to buy again at Johnson’s would go to how well I’m treated from the service department (specifically Nick Kropelnicki and AJ Nix). I’m now a proud owner of a Wagoner and a Colorado Z71. Yes I loved them both so I bought two.

I took my truck in for a warranty service the oil pan is

I took my truck in for a warranty service the oil pan is leaking a touch, and I asked them to look at the steering gear box that it appears to be leaking around the sensor. They called me up saying the steering gear box is bad the idler arm is bad the pitman arm is bad and the hydro boost is leaking into the truck and wanted to charge me some god awful amount to repair it, I told them to just repair the oil pan that is still under warranty, they then said they need $1,200.00 to remove the cross member because the truck has a 5" lift on it needless to say I told them that I will just come get the truck, the truck only has 50,000 miles on it and I got the truck with the lift. I had another shop look at the truck they did say the idler arm and pitman arm got a little play not bad but will need to be addressed the steering gear box is fine it is leaking from the sensor like I thought it was and the hydro boost is not leaking inside the truck, I will never take my truck back to this dealer for repairs.

I will start by saying that one star is a star too many. When we purchased our Chevy 3500 High Country diesel dually in April 2022 (to the tune of $83K), they sold us a service contract. We believed at the time we would live in Colorado for no more than five years. We asked a lot of questions. We were told that if we moved out of state that they would refund our unused service contract. As it turned out we left Colorado only 11 months later, having used only one oil change of ten in the service package. We have now been haggling with them for more than a year and have been told they don't refund service contracts. The irony is we were told that by the finance person who was the one who sold us the contract in the first place, who SPECIFICALLY told us it was refundable. Does he make a habit of lying? My guess is that he does. His most recent attempt to help us? He emailed a PDF that we can fill out and request a refund. He added the caveat "you can fill this out, but they don't usually refund." The PDF is not even FILLABLE. I have to print it? AND I have to provide an original copy of the contract? If I give you the original, then I have no proof. You already lied to me once, now I should give you an original document? The PDF also indicates at the top that the information can be entered in Dealer Source. Now, I can't say for certain, but sounds to me like this is an online process. What kind of a joke operation are they running at Johnson? First, they were terrible and lied when we asked the right questions. Now they are deliberately making it impossible to get our money back. Do NOT do business with them!

Katey is one of the best salesperson I've ever worked

Katey is one of the best salesperson I've ever worked with! She went above and beyond to make sure that I got the truck I wanted. Katey made the entire process from start to finish go very smoothly and easy and I can't thank her enough for that. Everyone at this dealership is super friendly and I highly recommend them.

I gave the dealership 5 stars before because they were helpful in buying a new vehicle. I take that back. After buying the vehicle, I had a couple of questions about the Infotainment system after the free trial had ended. I contacted Katey my sales person and Rich her boss after not hearing back from Katey. Neither ever responded at all and I emailed them each a couple of times. Obviously, once your check cashes they don't give one dam about you. I find that hugely disappointing and rude. I don't deserve this disrespect and I won't accept it. There are surely better dealers out there than these people. I do not recommend buying or servicing your vehicle here, they don't deserve your money and you don't need to have to worry about dealing with people like this.
