    At the risk of sounding cynical, I usually avoid car dealerships. However, I needed a new Jeep and visited several closer to my home. None would guarantee the manufacturer's rebate for the month my car would be ordered, and most were not as familiar with the vehicle as one would expect. The experience at Johnson Auto Plaza was different. The sales and support people were pleasant, knowledgeable, but not pushy. They quickly answered my questions comparing models, and regarding accessories. The price and their dealer fees were straightforward and reasonable, and they would stand behind the current rebates even though they might decrease the month the car was delivered. When the car arrived, my salesperson Josh Stevenson gave me a 3-hour orientation with the car, and was quite familiar with its many technological features. Because the rebate had increased since ordering the car, they gave me the larger of the two rebates, without hesitation. I would definitely buy another car from Johnson Auto Plaza - it is worth the drive for me.

    I bought my wife a Chrysler Van with about 100,000 miles on it in May, 2017. Johnson had clearly gone over the vehicle, and gave us 4 pages of things they had identified and done on it, from wipers to brakes, alignment, all filters, oil. The car was clean. A couple of days later, we found about a $500 mistake on the invoice after paying cash. We called and explained and they sent us a check without any argument (didn't expect that). Even later yet, they repaired something with the brakes for us that they totally would not have had to take responsibility for. Robert Toscano, reconditioning director, took total responsibility for getting this right, worked us into a really busy schedule, and handled it. I drew the line when he also wanted to return the car to me 35 miles across Denver at their expense. Next time I need a car, I will start at Johnson, and hope they have what I need. Much gratitude for going above and beyond on this "as is" used car.
