We called to BUY a $50k truck and put money down over the

We called to BUY a $50k truck and put money down over the phone to hold it. But the dealershipship does not take money to hold a vehicle…what?? So we said we will be there as soon as possible (because we live 90 minutes away) to sign the papers. This was a sure thing - we were not coming to look at it or test drive. We wanted to BUY it! We immediately got on the road and we were in communication with the salesman, Brian, the whole trip. An hour into our drive Brian text and said somebody came and bought the truck. We turned around and went home. He said we could still come look at it. WHY? A truck somebody else just bought? Wasted several hours of my time and several gallons of my gas. I understand a sale is a sale, but you have to be reasonable and let people put money down over the phone! What kind of policy is that?? Ridiculous.

Fast friendly service I scheduled my oil change and tire

Justin in Sales, and Herb in Finance, went above and beyond to make this a satisfying deal. Justin even helped facilitate new full coverage vehicle insurance, and was able to provide Maryland Chesapeake Bay plates to make our Marina Blue Metallic Trax look extra sharp.

Purchased a new Z06 Corvette.

Purchased a new Z06 Corvette. Start to finish was a great experience. I highly recommend this dealership whether in the market for a new or used vehicle. Brian Harvey was our salesperson, Todd Adam's did the financing, Todd Comstock completed all necessary documents, and Brian Mungal finished with us, making sure we were full of gas and going over features. This dealership is friendly, family oriented & owned. Not the big corporate owned where you are just another customer. Adams makes you feel welcomed & appreciates that you have chosen them to spend your money with.

Regarding the Service Department: I brought my vehicle

Regarding the Service Department: I brought my vehicle to be serviced due to a recall on the hood latch/striker. At that time I will say the staff was friendly and my recall was fixed to my knowledge in a timely manner. I had brought my vehicle home assuming the professionals addressed the recall with no further issues. At a later date, I needed to add washer fluid to the appropriate reservoir under my hood. I proceeded to engage the lever inside my vehicle on the driver's side to release my hood. I was unable to open my hood to add the washer fluid to my vehicle. I called them regarding this issue and was given an appointment time the following week to address this matter. I brought my vehicle in at the scheduled appointment time and I was told the cable to the lever inside my car to release my hood was broken. I was told I would not be charged "for looking at the car to see what the problem is" however I would be financially responsible for the parts/labor. My vehicle's hood latch was working fine with no issues prior to the recall being "fixed" at this location. I brought my vehicle in to be serviced only for it to come out with another issue after being serviced. I don't believe I should pay for this matter. Do not recommend this place after this situation.
