Friendly Service

I had my first oil change and it was first thing in the morning. The service guys were very nice and took care of. They made me feel very welcome and everyone at Adam's has since I purchased my car

Great Service fromMonty Wells and Ed Rybchinski

I started the process with Adams Chevrolet online. I completed their financial application and was immediately called back by Monty Wells, Adams Chevrolet Manager. He addressed my needs and was very professional. I was not pressured into a type of vehicle and there was no haggling. At the store, Salesman Ed Rybchinski was polite and professional. Overall, I was very satisfied with the car buying experience and I highly recommend anyone in the DC, MD or VA area who is in the market for a new Chevrolet to visit Adams Chevrolet.

Outstanding customer service

My experience with Adam's Chevrolet has been nothing but superb ever since I started getting my oil changed there in early 2012. I went into Adam's for a service repair on my 2011 Chevy Cruze to fix an engine fan malfunction and was just looking around at the 2015 models after the repair when I was struck by new Malibu. It's sleek body, nimble performance, quiet cabin, and technical savvy captured my attention and I was decided that now might be a good trade-in time. The salesman I worked with, Justin Brooks, was friendly and quite knowledgable about the car for being so new at it. He made the buying process smooth and stress-free with his enthusiastic approach and laid-back attitude; the usual haggling that can take place kept to a minimum. I made a successful trade-in and purchase that was nothing short of brilliant and I am extremely pleased with my new car. I have nothing but gratitude towards the service and sales department for their superior level of customer service and friendliness.

Great service by Manager Monty Wells

Great service and buying experience. Used online service and was immediately called by Manager Monty Wells and was walked through the process. No haggling. Whether good or average credit, I believe the customer will get a fair deal. Salesman Ed Rypchinski helped us through the process while at the dealership. Highly recommend anyone interested in a Chevrolet or Jeep in the DC, MD or VA market to go through Adams dealerships in Havre de Grace and Aberdeen, MD.
