Excellent Staff, Sales, and Service

The sales staff at Bayway Volvo were so helpful and knowledgeable about the selection of cars on their lot. We ended up purchasing a brand new XC90, and the staff was able to explain all of the vehicle's features and controls. They delivered a great customer service experience from the time we walked through the door to driving off of the lot with our new car.

Truly The Best In Town

I was incredibly satisfied with the selection of vehicles offered by Bayway Volvo, as well as the level of service and attention given to every person that walked through their doors. They make you feel welcome and cared for, and not just another number. I love my new car and the excellent customer service that I received from the dealership!

Find another Volvo dealership that has ethics

I've owned my brand new, 2017 Volvo XC90 for LESS than 1.5 months and I've brought it in twice! ...and the problem is still there! My muffler has been making loud popping noises and my car has been squeaking while driving. Naturally, you'd think that you could call the dealership and have them help you. NOPE, instead Bayway does NOT stand by their product or warranty, instead, they will come up with convenient excuses like "we'll notify corporate of your problem and wait to hear on why your car is making these noises". Service department is just as wretched as well. Leaving a message on your voicemail right before you leave (bc you're avoiding the conversation) is weak customer service. I've been going back and forth with the GM on my issues for weeks now and the feeble attempts to actually repair my car have been nonexistent. This is the most disappointing experience we've ever had with a dealership.

Overseas Delivery!

Recently did an Overseas Delivery through Bayway Volvo and my salesperson John was incredible. He knew every detail about the OSD program and even more about the vehicle itself! Extremely satisfied and one of the best buying experiences I've ever had. Thanks Bayway and ask for John!

Very unhelpful

Decent facility, but very unhelpful staff. Be prepared to wait weeks to get a call returned after you purchase your vehicle. Before the purchase I got a c all back instantly.

Great Service - New Volvo owner

Had to go in on a holiday for battery and fuses. Staff was friendly and fast (especially for a busy holiday). While no one wants to pay for repairs, I feel like I received a good price, great service and prompt attention. would definitely recommend this dealer.

Great dealership

When I was car shopping in 2013 I went to Momentum Volvo to purchase my vehicle. The salesperson did not contact me or try to earn my business. All calls made were from me. I saw Bayway on the Internet and called them. There were 3 different XC60s I was interested in. The salesperson had them all pulled for me waiting for my arrival. I ended up buying a better car from them and loved/love the customer service they provide. Thanks for making my car buying experience a good one! The service team is readily available to answer questions as well.

Extremely satisfied service & repairs

Exceptional customer service and care of my car. Provided loaner when service was taking longer than expected. Patric showed me what was wrong with my car, not just told me. Updated frequently on progress. Steve and Nicholas are always honest with me and in good spirits. I will always take my car here because of the people and competitive prices. It's not worth taking my car anywhere else.
