I've purchased many cars through the years, and nearly every experience was frustrating in one way or another. Until I purchased my wife's Volvo at Bayway. I truly enjoyed it. The price was fair, the car is amazing, and there is not a single aspect of the experience I could complain about. Patrick and Brian were great to work with, extremely knowledgeable, engaging, and never pressuring. I will recommend them to any of my friends that are in the market for a Volvo.

Excellent customer service
Taylor Domangue offered exceptional customer service and is an excellent representative of Bayway. I had begun an inquiry through True Car the previous night because we do not have a Volvo dealership in our hometown. Taylor reached out to me via email the first thing the next morning. He knew that we were driving over an hour and a half, so he informed me that we could start the finance application in advance. This was a huge time saver. When we arrived at the dealership, Taylor was waiting for us, and he was extremely attentive. I have never had such a thorough demonstration of the features of a car or a salesman who was as knowledgeable as Taylor.

Bayway Car Repair Review
My experience was that the Bayway dealership provided good service. I was provided a knowledgeable service rep. They provided timely and courteous shuttle service. The waiting room is comfortable clean and snacks are provided.

Great Experience
Purchased an XC90 from Taylor Domangue. He was very knowledgeable regarding the car and its features and gave us our space when making a decision - no high pressure tactics. Very pleasurable experience.

Great customer service, from sales to financing. Felt very personal and it was much appreciated. Car was detailed and ready to go for me with no issues when I collected it.

No customer value after you leave the lot
Overall the experience at the dealer was not too bad. The manager Billy Wichnewsky was awesome and I honestly do not think the deal would have gone through without him. It is the after experience so far that has me not too happy. The sale person, Armando Salazar is a very rude young man and not trustworthy. He wrote down on my CarFax and had me initial saying that I was getting (2) keys to the car I purchased and that I would provide (2) keys with my trade in. I did not have the 2nd key to the trade in with me so he said I could bring it by later. I got out to the car to drive off and realized it was only (1) key fob included. I went back in and asked him about it and he was suddenly a rude young man. He stated "no, it is just two keys". They had provided a key insert for the fob. I decided not to argue with him. I got home and removed the existing key from the fob and it was a BLANK. Therefore, I have not been provided (2) keys in any sense of the term. It cost over $125 to get a Cadillac key cut at GM. He called me yesterday to remind me to bring in the trade in key and when I questioned him about the Cadillac key became rude and belligerent saying "well regardless, there is nothing we can do about they key and you owe us a key in a very rude, angry voice. That's funny, from my point of view, you also owe me a key Armando. Basically, I have the same experience as several other reviewers here. They do not value you once you leave the parking lot. I can promise you I will never return and I have already found another dealer to service the Cadillac. Disclaimer: The dealership may very well value its customers but Armando certainly does not. You are just another number for his sales quota

Great Service
Taylor provided great, knowledgeable and professional service. He explained in detail all the vehicles options/features, purchasing options and corresponding pricing. We never felt rushed or pressured.
