Knoxx and Criswell definitely know how to take advantage of customers. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. I have bought multiple vehicles from this dealership, and this last car I purchased was a lemon, and I was taken advantage of by Knoxx and Criswell. I'll never purchase another car from Criswell again.

I've bought from Gene as well as referred friends and family to Gene for almost 30 years. Wouldn't buy from anyone else. Always works hard to find what your looking for in the price range you want.

This company is the shadiest company I have ever bought a truck from!!! They Added an extra point on the interest last minute from 3.99 % to 4.99 % and also added gap insurance we put 24,000 down no need for gap insurance, Tire warranty we didn't ask for. Extended warranty! Why would I needed an extended warranty when we bought a diesel. 5 Year 100,000 Mile drivetrain. I guess the owner spends to much time in Florida on his yacht to pay attention to his business. SO NOT HAPPY !!! BUYER BEWARE, ONLY GAVE ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAD TO!
